You can see the obvious professionalism, experience, and dedication as soon as you walk inside. Beautiful flowers; they have so many different varieties and they have selections you won’t normally see such as Queen Anne’s Lace, and big plush garden roses. Very demure, very graceful, very elegant.

My husband had flowers delivered. The man who delivered was very polite and went above and beyond with this delivery. My husband let him know that I might have sleeping babies so he was very careful to not wake anyone.
The arrangement was absolutely stunning and this is the first florist that I’ve found since I moved to Texas that actually wires their heavy headed flowers(roses and sunflowers) to help them last longer.
All around I would highly recommend this florist and cannot wait to use their services in the future.

Only critique I have is I do wish that the stems of all foliage, flowers, & filler in the arrangement reached the same depth in the vase rather than some barely being in the vase.

I've been very remiss on never reviewing anything I've bought or received as a gift from this store!?
In the past, I've received Valentine's bouquets (red roses) which were always beautiful!!! I should have told the sender that white or yellow carnations are my favorite flowers but it was the thought that counts.
For myself, I've bought green plants over the last several years which have never failed to thrive. On Wednesday I bought 3 more including a Swiss Cheese plant which I've never seen before.
Returning to the store this morning to pick up a large plant that I let there.

This is the most unprofessional place I have ever been to. The later at the counter had no idea what she was doing she misplaced our order that I was coming in to pay for. Then when the manager came from the back she made it seem as if it was my fault that her employer misplaced the order. She was very rude towards us. Please don't do business with these people because they very very rude and unprofessional

So very happy with Christel’s flowers in Killeen!! Asked for flowers to be sent to both of our Moms’ for the Saturday before Christmas as a surprise - and Christell’s came through 1000% with Beautiful bouquets of Holiday flowers!! Helpful and friendly people that are there.
They helped me select some flowers for a bouquet right in my price range.
Every store I called didn't even give me alternative suggestions for the "out of season flower" I was looking for, but Christel's Flowers did!
