Awful, customer service is not there . The cashier moves slower than molasses in the winter. And if you buy a clearance item clearly marked at an additional discounted price they will tell you they already took the amount off when they did not . Don’t waste your time , go to Temple.

The gentleman who helped me was really helpful. He pointed me straight to the sizes and styles of boots that I liked. He also made some really good recommendations on the wear and feel of the boots that I was looking at.

awesome friendly knowldgeable staff. We came in for boots for my two daughters and were helped right away. needless to say we left so happy. great seleccion as well. Update 2024. I went there for some shoe cream did not even get the greeting of the day. 3 employees talking behind the counter. No one even looked at me or make eye contact. I called the manager he said he'll take care of it!

I love Cavenders but after purchasing two pairs of jeans from them and having them rip after wearing them once is ridiculous. I'm a pretty skinny person and I even got a size up because I wanted the jeans to be baggy on me a bit and they just ripped so easily. 70$ a pair of jeans but they didn't even last a week and ripped like 15$ jeans. Over priced and poor quality.
