My experience with Castillo's was amazing. I had just bought my car, less than two weeks later it starts acting up, so I brought it to Castillo's and right away they were on it. They let me know the next day just what the problem was and how much it was going to be to fix it. They let me pay half upfront and the other half after it was finished, and they kept me updated when a bolt broke and it would be a few more days before it was ready. The communication was very clear and everyone I spoke with was very kind and professional. Car problems are unfortunately inevitable so next time one of our cars are giving us trouble we will be coming back to Castillo's.

they replaced my clutch, flywheel, slave, & master cylinder in under 12h. was expected to be done in 2 days, but they worked till almost 12am finishing the job in the same day i had dropped it off. amazing guy & service.

Man they are great! They were super polite and very helpful. My tie Rod broke and I had my car towed to them. I was worried that I wouldn’t have my car for a few days but they had it fixed within an hour and a half which was very impressive. This is my first time taking my car to a mechanic in Killeen and I can say that I know where I will be taking my car to for any repairs that’s needed. Thank y’all so much!

Got my front and rear brakes + oil change ($250+$25) done here couple of months ago. Brought the parts in myself. Mechanic omar and esmeralda both friendly. Nice family run shop. Hands down best mechanic shop in the area. ??Today out of nowhere my brake failed and I got stuck in the middle of the road. I pulled my vehicle in a parking lot and started calling mechanic shops. Almost all of them told me either they can't help me today or quoted me an arm or a leg, except Omar's shop. I initially thought my brake master cylinder failed but I wasn't aware of my car's chronic brake line problem until Omar told me on the phone. He said if you can drive here safely I can check it for you. I drove up there and yes he verified a brake hose causing the problem. He could easily charge me for brake line plus master cylinder and tell me hey we need to change both actually, but he didn't. He fixed the car in an hour and his diagnostic fee, parts, repair and bleeding the brake line all together was cheaper than other regular mechanic shops' oil change bill.I honestly won't be choosing any other shop if I need in Killeen anymore. It's difficult to find a honest and hardworking mechanic nowadays but I got super lucky today. ?

Amazing service, got my truck fixed and got greeted nicely at arriving to the shop. Anthony the mechanic is a very knowledgeable man, go to him for your problems and he’ll fix it. Will definitely go again!
