I love this pawn shop because the employees are always so sweet and helpful. My favorite lady is Ngan.
At this point she knows what I like so as soon as I walk in she's like, "let me show you this and that because I know you're gonna love it!" And you know what, I usually end up getting something every time.
They are great at helping me talk my husband into buying me jewelry. Hahaha
They have the best prices and always a good selection!

I pawned my purses and when I got them out they are molded and ruined!! I asked for my money back and have been blown off and even refused a receipt

SCAMMERS. We bought a gold bracelet for $500 last year, even the vip membership. Today we come back to sell it with receipt in hand and everything only so they can tell us that they can't accept due to the gold stucking in and a weight difference. We have not altered the bracelet so in conclusion, did they sell us fake gold? Or a mistake on their part and now it's costing us. Either way, it's a bad experience and do not recommend.

Well, I didn’t actually get to step foot in this store bc as I pulled in their parking lot at 6:14 PM, a worker was yelling no while using the universal arm motion signaling not to enter. I will say he would be a phenomenal NFL referee for signaling missed field goals and incomplete passes! I guess over 45 minutes before closing is too late. Better approach next time maybe ??♂️
