Beware this place....they are awesome people. But the lenders themselves are shady very very shady. This started a 1 star review but through the hard work of Carlos the first rep that worked with me to get me my car the manager john I believe helped us get a lender that wasn't shady like westlake...
Serious when i say then AVOID WESTLAKE DO NOT TAKE THEYRE OFFERS. I went through them 5 years ago and a incident forced me to use gap insurance and they destroyed my credit report claiming I wasn't paying on a car that was already paid off and I have the bank statements to prove it.
Then Kalaun stepped in to get us over the finish line awesome staff. It was stressful yes but not because of carmax its theyre vendors. Also dont rely on any hope from corporate lol they could care less when you talk to them. Was a 1 star but thanks to Carlos john and kalaun and the unnamed staff working hard I can now happily gove a 5 star

Hands down the worst customer service I have ever gotten at a dealership. While I waited hours to be seen even with an appointment, I watched them race cars up and down the street and into their own parking lot. I got up and walked out. No way I’m paying those prices for a car that’s been treated that badly. Also why are you doing Carlos business on a residential neighborhood road? That’s weird. Very trashy look.

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They have issues communicating/articulating transfer of vehicle, and all details concerning delivery. To the point that I no longer er desire to do business with them. Not happy at all with my recent experience.

Worst Car Dealership around. Horrible customer service. Maintenance people treat your car like crap. They fly up and down a residential street that is 30 mph with special needs kids on it. Their alarm system goes off all the time in the middle of the night and they do nothing about it. All around waste of space in a neighborhood that doesnt want them there

Briana appraised my vehicle after I wasn’t sure about the online quote I got. She was able to fit me in with 30 minutes notice when my day was jam packed. During the process, she really went above and beyond to help me. I ended up deciding not to sell to CarMax but take my appraisal to trade in my vehicle at another dealer. Because of her I got a great value from my vehicle and was able to upgrade to a great new car. She really took her time and got multiple opinions before providing me with a great quote. I really appreciate the time she took to do her job exceptionally. Not to mention, she was super friendly and chatted with me while we waited, which wasn’t long by the way!!! Thank you thank you for all of your help.
