Just left left Best Buy in Killeen to pick up a washer. The two clowns that were supposed to load it onto my vehicle were a complete joke. My girlfriend and I had to do all of the work while they just watched. Who hired these fools?!?! Lame….

Twice within the last month I have ordered items from them only for it to be delayed for weeks and then be told it's out of stock and my order gets canceled. Dealing with support is absolutely ridiculous as all they want to do is sell you a more expensive item. It's gotten ridiculous.

If I can give a zero I would they need to work on a customer service. I was in electronics and appliances for over 30 minutes about three employees saw me and ignore me didn’t even ask if I need to help. The greeter didn’t Acknowledge my presence coming in or leaving empty handed. Don’t have to worry about me coming back

I bought a washer and dryer. Waited almost 2 wks. Took off work for the delivery date. Waited all day. No call no text no nothing. I finally call the 1800 number and they said the truck was broke down. So I rent a truck and went an picked it up. Get it home and there is a huge dent in the dryer. I called the 1800 number back. They schedule another appointment to drop off another dryer. I get a text the day before giving me a 4 hour window when they will be here. Once again They did not show up. No Call No text no nothing again. So I call the 1800 number again. Now they are saying the delivery driver was sick. I will never go back to this store. When I originally rented a truck to go and pick them up. The customer service person said that"This happens all the time with this store". I'm so disappointed with this store and the quality of service that I have received. I know this is not the way best buy does business.

We had a recent mishap with an open box purchase. We went into the store, after two different 3 hour round trips, as well as hours on the phone with customer service reps (who did nothing to help). JP at the Killeen location made the process so easy. He made sure to listen to our concerns and treated us with such kindness and professionalism! Definitely turned around the entire experience in 15 minutes. Thank you, JP!

This cashier was rude. If there is things in that store,I was buying it with my money, not hers, and she went crazy, just because I bought more then one. She should be on a shorter rope.
