I have been going to this pharmacy for a few years now for my mom I have never had a bad experience with the staff. I now use this pharmacy for myself. The whole staff remember my face. I have yet to meet an unpleasant person in this pharmacy. I take my hat off to the staff thank you and be blessed… KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!

Guess they having a bad or something. They leave the drive thru window open and no one acknowledged me just keep walking pass and I ring the bell still the pharmacist herself looks at me doesn't say anything at first then after a min she says someone will be right there. Like all y'all walked pass seen me and no one said anything just very rude and unprofessional.

They don't accept Tricare patients anymore.

Pharmacy stated that my insurance wouldn't cover my prescription. After, crying in the parking lot because I was in so much pain. I realized that I had two insurance on file. Incidentally, both covered my prescriptions. The cashier asked for a payment on my prescription when my insurance did in fact cover it. She ran the second insurance and SURPRISE!!! it went through. After, I explained this was unprofessional conduct i asked to speak with a manager simply because someone who didn't know any better would have paid out of pocket or simply not gonna a prescription that they needed. The "Manager Debra" came to the window yelling and said "I am busy'! She then yelled how the person who made the error was new. She then stated "You can come in and scold her if you like"! My response was that I just wanted to ensure this didn't happen to anyone else. I also explained that previously they tried to charge me $140 for a prescription I went to Walgreens and filled for a $1.25. This was clearly a huge difference. Her response was that "You come in here making trouble all the time"! The problem with this statement is I DO NOT WALK INSIDE THE PHARMACY! I have never had a confrontation or disagreement with anyone in the pharmacy. She clearly had me confused with someone else.

After waiting over 6 hours for my script they said would take 20 mins to fill they are unable to Bill my insurance, they were unwilling to assist in calling the insurance company or transferring to another pharmacy.
