I brought my 2025 Kicks in because of a recall involving the central dash display. I was able to get an early morning appointment (my preference) and the work was completed within 1 hour. The waiting area for customers was comfortable and coffee/snacks were available. The staff I encountered were all very friendly and informative. I was completely satisfied with my visit.

I recently purchased a Pathfinder from Bates Nissan. I had previously purchased a Rogue so I already knew this dealership was pretty great. I did however previously buy a lease from Garlyn Shelton in Temple. My sales representative was James and when the time was approaching to turn the car in or buy it James no longer worked there.
I was not really wanting to go all the way back to Temple to trade in the car but they had told me I had to. I liked the way they treated my car at oil changes - always got it back with a wash and vacuum. So I did not mind too much that I had to take the car back there.
So I return one day approximately six months before my turn in date. No James. The only reason I am there is because I received a call telling me I had to bring it in for a pre-inspection to end of lease.
I tell them I am thinking of trading the vehicle in and James told me to wait until my trade date and I would have Ten Thousand to trade with. If I turn in early I with have to pay.
So the lady says oh you think you want to trade it in? I said yes. She goes and gets this guy who looks very put out. Like why am I wasting my time on them. Then he asks us what we were thinking about. We told him our thoughts on a truck all this time we are just standing in the corridor.
My mother and I do not do will just standing in one place. Eventually after a lot of talking us out of this and that he tell us we have to pay. It does not matter if we weight a day or six months we will still have to pay $3000.
He was rude, crude, and socially unacceptable. So we left deciding that we would just keep the car. A month or so later I get a letter from Nissan. I call them and ask them do I have to go back to the dealer that sold me the lease. They said no. They said I would not to pay the $395 disposition fee if I bought another Nissan. He told me I would have to pay tax title and license if I chose to buy my Rogue.
Mom and I talked things over and agreed there was no way we were going back to Temple.
We drove to Bates and looked for Jeremiah. No Jeremiah so they handed us off to Mike Vale.
He was awesome. Very kind told us everything about our car and exactly what would or could happen if we wait until February.
He then told us about the deals that were going on right now and what would happen if we turned the car in early. He gave us our choice and let us make it. He then asked us if we chose to go ahead and get the car we were looking at now what payment were we looking at. What did we want to pay each month. He said let’s just take a look and see if this is even an avenue available to you.
So we told him. They got us our price. Naturally this helped us with our decision. We now have a beautiful Pathfinder. I like going to Bates because it always feels like walking into a family friendly environment and I know I can trust them to do exactly what they say they will do.
I can trust them to give me an oil change not say they did and charge me. I can trust them to change my break pads and not say they did keep the parts and charge me. I can go to Bates Nissan and tell them what is happening with my car and they believe me. The technician will drive the car with me and let me drive the car to show him. Then he can show me what is happening and why instead of just say we checked it nothing is wrong.
I can trust this dealership with any problem and they will help. I fully and completely recommend them.

NEED TO BE REPLACE i bought a Chevrolet spark.they put two front tires
on the car.
I noticed that the front left tire i constantly kept putting air in the tire
so I went back to Dennis eakin about the issue
so the man at the desk where you check
your can in for service said they wasn't
going to fix it unless I pay $95.00
to fix the valve stem ,I said I have extra
insurance and further more your worker
put the tires on and if he had done it
right I wouldn't have had this problem and it's was their responsibility to correct
the problem .and 95.00was excessive i
think.so i went and call bates nissan
and ask to speak to someone for a complaint. and the lady I'll let you speak
nate i said,I want to speak to someone over nate I was put on the phone with Wilma and I explained everything to her
and she looked at everything and she
said that it should have been fix.
she said to me come back and she will see that it will be fix,I replied I went.some
where else and got it taken care of.
I told her that I mentioned to the people
who fix my tire what Dennis eakin
was charging me the man said that was
steep.and that's bad business.
This is my story and I stand by it
