After my accident, Al came to tow my car and was extremely kind and efficient. When we went to retrieve items from our car, Brian the owner was very accommodating and met us at the shop so we didn’t have to wait. He showed great concern for us and our vehicle and I highly recommend using his services.

Called in an abandoned car after multiple towing companies said they would pick it up and after days of waiting called Bargain late one night, they had it picked up the next morning. Big thanks to them.

Was given a price and then told they would come and get the vehicles and move them for that price. Waited 3hrs and then told to find someone else. At almost 9pm at night when told they were on the way.

The gentleman who towed my vehicle was extremely kind I had asked for a ride home when I was ordering the tow service and was pleasantly surprised at how professional yet kind the driver was. I was having a horrible day but he made appropriate small talk without giving me the creeps. Its not everyday you take a long drive with a stranger but he was very nice maintained COVID protocols and made sure I got safely in my home before driving away. I would feel comfortable having this gentleman pick up my kids if they broke down. They arrived quickly after calling even thoughthe weather was horrible and it was nighttime. As for cost I will just say this YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. THEY ALSO HAVE SEVERAL EXTREMELY CONVENIENT WAYS TO PAY including debit card and or cashap

Apparently Bargain Towing has a deal set up with Action Towing to give each other customers when they're busy. Which is all well and good, but I wasn't told by Action that I was being given the phone number to a driver with Bargain. When I called them because no one had shown up after waiting 30 minutes, all I got was a bunch of runaround (the driver went to the wrong address and started trying to tow someone else's car, and now the driver won't answer their phone). I tried to text with the Bargain Towing guy about when I could get someone out here, and then I got ignored.So over two hours later, after being told by Action that he was giving me the number of someone who could come *immediately*, I still don't have a tow. Now I'm having to wait another 45 minutes for a completely different place to come get my car.

Artie was so kind and professional. Response time was very quick. It was a lowered vehicle so it was a bit trickier than normal cars, but he knew exactly what to do to make it work and not damage the vehicle. Definitely recommend Bargain Towing & Recovery.

Used this towing service when I hit a pothole causing the ball joint to pop out. We waited 30 min for them to arrive. They had us sign a waiver for any damage caused to the car while they were transporting it but it seems like an excuse to do damage to the car. The driver had no care in what he was doing. The tire didn’t even look like that until he was dropping it off. He didn’t keep the wheels straight and was putting it down fast. The lady with him even said he was messing it up. And we paid $65 for it to be towed a quarter mile.Service: Car towing

I just want to say thank you for a great service these persons are so nice and the price is very good. They help us today when our car broken on the exit between killyn and Temple and we were going to Austin. They have service in english and spanish so everything was fine.

Car broke down in Georgetown (55 miles from home)Owner Brian gave me a very reasonable price & when his driver Duane arrived , he made sure my girls & I was safe & secure inside the tow truck before he even touched my car to load it up on flatbed.
