The store itself isn’t bad and some of the staff are extremely friendly but it’s very rare that I have a friendly experience. Everytime I’ve gone over the past 2 yrs the staff were rude. I understand that I look young and don’t know much about cars but there is no reason to tell me “im going to learn how to do something” I went in one time to get a reading from my car and this was the first time ever and the man asked me if I knew how I said no so he told verbatim that I’m going to learn today. I understand wanting to help customers have some knowledge on how to do things for their car but I just felt like it was extremely rude to tell me to do something. This had happened more than once. Ontop of it all the staff is very dismissive when I ask questions especially the older man I believe he’s one of the managers. I’m always nervous going into places that deal with an area of not my expertise but I should never feel like I can’t approach staff.

Great customer service but lost a star for not having the replacement parts ie fog light assembly. My vehicle is 2022 and one of the lights went out, it doesn't have a replacement bulb but instead a whole unit. Called AZ and they do not have access to parts for my vehicle ??

Store Manager needs retraining on how to react to customers. I felt like I was a hinder to her playing on the computer like I annoyed her. This is unacceptable

Leslie diagnosed and replaced my battery this morning. She was very kind and professional, and did an excellent job in a timely manner. I will definitely continue to shop here. Great selection, friendly people.

Bought two batteries on the last day of the calendar year. Needed some help on how to install them, given I was in an unfamiliar truck and didn’t have my tools with me. Dawn, the store, manager, and her staff were all extremely helpful and professional. Gave me some great tips, quick service, and friendly smiles, Not to mention, loaning me the tools I needed. Highly recommended.

So grateful to Michael M. who saved the day for me. I needed to replace a rear turnlamp. Michael not only quickly accessed the correct bulb but he was kind enough to install it for me. He got me on my way and probably saved me from getting a ticket! THANKS!
