Friendly staff and clean showroom. I did not feel rushed or have the pushy salesman experience. Ruben, Shannon, Jasmine, and Brandi have all been great to work with during this process. Starting from time I received an email regarding my interest all the way through following up on my purchase. Love my new car!

Thomas Farmer is 100% the best sales guy I’ve ever had. Almost contemplating just coming to the dealership just to talk to this guy. I’ve never had a sales guy that actually knew what he was talking about when it comes to cars, but Thomas did. If I wasn’t straighter than an arrow, I would’ve offered to kiss this guy on the lips, and I still almost did. The car buying process itself was smooth, relatively quick in and out, would buy here again, but only from Thomas.

I dropped my vehicle off on Nov 6th on a Friday it was towed in to dealership due to it giving a Hybrid Battery light saying to pull over . I tried to get home and the Hybrid battery ran out of juice so had to have it towed. A week or so later they said they would get the car in and do an diagnostic on it to see the issue . I have had this battery issue like 3 times and parts replaced now. A service manager Joe called me about week later and said that it was gonna be around 950 and I told him the battery issues should be under warranty for life of car for first owner. After telling him that the battery should be under warranty they said they would call me back. A day or so later Roe called me back saying good news that the part is covered under warranty and I asked if I could get a loaner since it was under warranty . She looked into it and called me back saying I could come by and pick up a loaner vehicle since it was under warranty .Now every time they call me they are saying how they are on a recorded line by the way also. So I got my loaner vehicle and she said my part should come in on Tuesday the 21st of November . Well that day came and went and all Thanksgiving week I called and left messages with no response . I got a text from Roe on November 30th the following week saying techs were out sick and there was more delays due to absences .She said it should be done that following Tuesday .On Monday the 1st I got a call from Joe the service manager saying now my part is not under warranty and that I have to pay 950 again and since they made that mistake I would only have to pay 500. I was at work and did not have time to talk about the same issue again so my wife went there and spoke to him. He got rude with her saying that he sees this all the time about husbands and wives on making money decisions but joe told her he can just unfix the issue and take the part right out in like five minutes if we did not want to move forward. They had already put the part in without my authorization and now were saying they could just take it back out. After all this I did not have time to continue to argue I went in on Dec6th and paid my 500 and gave back their loaner car just to get it over with. What makes it even worse is I went to HEB to pick up a order after I pickup up my car that evening and I find my trunk in pieces when I try and load up my groceries . The battery cover was exposed open and the Hot cap on the battery terminal was off and exposed so this just tells me there was no follow up if my vehicle was even fixed right or completed. It is horrible experience and then to tell someone on a recorded line like they kept reminding me that something is covered under warranty and and loan me a car then change their mind after it is all done is just poor customer service. If I ever have another issue with my vehicle I will gladly tow it all the way to South Austin and pay the Tow guy double before I ever go back to this service center again.

Sales person, Brandon Petree, was very helpful in assisting us. He was patient while we took several days to decide on a car. He was never pushy and took our wants and likes into consideration in everything he showed us. He made sure we had all the information we needed to compare various vehicles. After our purchase, he followed up a couple days later to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Overall experience was very relaxed and not pressured. Would definitely buy from them again if I'm ever looking for another car.

I've been looking for a Hyundai Limited Hybrid for several months. Saw on line that one was in transit to Killeen TX. so called to schedule a test drive. We have waited for up to 1 1/2 hrs. at other dealers but Thomas greeted us with a kind smile and our car was ready to test drive. Thomas knew every detail about it and had it set up with all the accessories and electronic "bells and wistles" we wanted to try out. Thomas was kind and soft spoken, no aggressive sales pitch. He made our experience pleasant and his boss Eric needs to know what an asset he is for Killeen Hyundai. I would have given the new car sale a 5 stars except it was a LONG, EXHAUSTING process.I love my new car and look forward to a long relationship with Killeen Hyundai and Mr. Thomas.

UPDATE- I am sadden by this dealership lack of communication after the sell of anew vehicle. I have yet to receive my license plates and registration, even though it was told they would be mailed to me. No has communicated to me that there was a problem. I have left my number several times. All involved in the sale of my new vehicle were very accommodating and patient with us. I am not sure right now if I would recommend this dealership if this is how customers are treated after the sale.

Horrible, just absolutely horrible..... I called and had an appointment scheduled for Tuesday the 12th at 0830. I dropped the car off and when I checked in I was told that it would be 2 to 3 days before they could look at my Hyundai. I thought, "Okay, that's news to me, but it is what it is". I asked them to please keep me updated because I had to travel out of town on the 25th and needed a vehicle. For work to be performed, I told them that I needed the back passenger door locks on both doors looked at, as they had been broken for about 40k miles, but were covered under extended warranty or recall. The main issue, however, was that my Hyundai was going into limp mode with the engine light on when I ran it through a car wash, but it goes away after a day or so, which seems like something is getting wet and the engine light goes away once something dries up. I told them I took it to a transmission shop and the mechanic suggested that it might be a short in the harness, transmission range sensor or speed sensor. I also asked to have the rear wiper blade replaced. I did get a call Friday and the advisor let me know that they were checking the doors but had not been able to check on anything else yet. I called back Monday morning to check on the status of my Hyundai and received a return call at 4:18 pm telling me that it might be Wednesday. I called back Wednesday, left a message with someone who said they would have the advisor call me back. I was not surprised at the lack of a return phone call. It was at this point that I logged in to check the customer reviews. They seem to do well with standard services like oil changes and tire rotations, but if you need anything else it might be best to go someplace else. I called back again Thursday morning and as of about 4:00 pm, still had not received a return phone call, so I drove up there to see if my car was just parked someplace on the lot. When I arrived, no surprise to me, I saw the car parked in the third row of the lot. I also noticed the rear wiper blade had not been replaced and the windows were dirty, (Which indicated to me that the car had not been run through the wash to check for the issue I was having). Honestly, I was waiting for them to say that had done this..............which they did. I waited at the service center desk for a little while and was speaking to a gentleman who was having the same exact issues, only his car had been there a month and he was picking his vehicle up to take it someplace else. I finally called the number to see what I needed to do to talk to someone to get my car back, as I was in the lobby and tired of not getting return phone calls, as well as seeing my car just parked in the lot. I was advised to waive down a service advisor. I finally asked someone where my service advisor's desk was and waited for a little bit until they came back to their desk. I explained my frustration of having and appointment, then told it would be 2 or 3 days before they could look at it, then having the day repeatedly pushed back with no information or phone calls being returned with the exception of one. I asked if they had at least fixed the doors and was advised that they had not. TEN DAYS and the door locks couldn't even be fixed. I was also advised that the rear windshield wiper had not been replaced, which you need a tool so I can't do it. Then the best of all, I was advised that they had run the car through the car wash and were not able to get it to replicate the problem. REALLY...... like don't lie to me, my car was dirty on the outside, no way it was driven through a car wash. I could literally write names through dirt on the rear window and moonroof. If you don't have time to do something or just don't care be honest and don't lie to people. I asked for my car back and how much I owed. Good news, I was told I did not owe anything, which makes sense since no work was done. The least they could have done was provide me with the door locks so I can figure out how to replace them myself.

Jacob and DJ in the Service Department were incredibly helpful and patient as I decided what to do about my Santa Fe Sport. They answered all of my questions, and simply went above and beyond to make sure that I felt taken care of as I made an almost $7,000 repair decision. I booked a Recall appointment and asked Jacob if they could look at why my car was smoking instead (I did have a recall). He said the service department was backed up but would still take a look in about a week. He had the diagnostics on my car within 48 hours. I was floored because all service appointments for any dealership were booked out for weeks or months. I was incredibly thankful to hear back so soon.DJ also helped and went above and beyond for me. There was an issue with my smart key, and instead of making me Uber 30 minutes home and back to get a manual key, DJ said they would make me a brand new smart key. I was floored and very thankful because I was already missing the manual attachment on that smart key.I also want to give huge recognition to their manager Wesley. The way both Jacob and DJ went above and beyond for me truly speaks to the type of leader Wesley is. He clearly fosters a work environment that empowers his team to make sure every customer feels taken care of.I am incredibly thankful for all of Jacob and DJ's help at the Service Center. They are exceptional employees and Killeen Hyundai is lucky to have them.

Laura helped my wife and me find the right car for us quickly, and she was super friendly! She helped us answer any questions we had, was incredibly patient, and she walked us through every step of getting our new Sonata with ease! 10/10 would recommend working with her!! Working with finance was easy and fast, too, and we felt the experience was very personal.

*Update: A week later we purchased our second Hyundai. This amazing team, Mr Tyler, Mr Shannon and Ms Laura went above and beyond so we can get the best deal and customer service. They are so patient, respectful, helpful and professional. We are very grateful.*Best experience ever. Got an awesome deal, everybody is so nice. My salesperson Laura Cobb 100% recommended. She is so nice, friendly, respectful, caring, kind, happy, not pushy, patient, easy to talk, experienced and she does an awesome job. She is the best. Manager Tyler and finance Shannon are awesome too. Mr Tyler is honest and know his job. Ms Jazmin is amazing. Im so happy with Killeen Hyundai.

I would not recommend Killeen Hyundai unless you want a headache. The service advisor we worked with was rude, wouldn't return phone calls and was not cooperative with our insurance provider. Once I got the service manager involved it was smooth sailing from there but that didn't happen without a week of headaches from the advisor.

My experience at this dealership was amazing. I highly recommend working with Jamel & Jerome. They set the bar across the board for a perfect customer experience. The process was stress free and quick. The crew gave such a positive environment that made the process enjoyable. I recommend anyone looking to purchase a new car to visit this dealership.

Drove to this dealership to test drive a vehicle in May 2023. As we are returning from the test drive the sales person informs us that they are selling cars at a minimum of $5k over the listed price due to inventory levels. While I understand the reasoning, this was an absolute no for us and we looked elsewhere and bought a different vehicle (under listed price I might add). It is now July 31st and this dealership continues to call almost daily to ask if I am still interested. I have asked at least a dozen times to be removed from all calling and email lists, this is a last resort.
