My recommendation...just drive on by. They treated me terribly, lying through the whole process and after I purchased, they cancelled the deal at the last moment and wouldn't give me the vehicle (did they sell it to someone else for more?).

Heads up!! This is a dealership that you want to avoid at all costs.You know that feeling in your stomach that makes you want to throw up when you think about car dealers? Believe it or not, this dealership even makes that feeling worse. In the market for a used 2022 Ford Edge. They have the vehicle, I was interested in, but the listed price is on the high end of NADA book. So I called and asked it they were interested in negotiating. Their first response was, "not without you coming to the dealership." Well, I wanted an idea of their openness before making the trek to Killeen. No go. They weren't interested.Or, so they said. However, since Monday, I have received no less than 6 calls from the dealership. Yesterday, they actually left a kind, business like message for me to call them back.I called back today to see what they wanted and if they were now willing to talk. The sales man was nice on the phone and said that he will discuss my offer with the GM.About two hours later, I get a text from him saying that the GM, "he will not miss your business over a couple of hundred dollars ..."I have purchased a lot of vehicles over my lifetime, but I have never received that response from a dealer.Save yourself some time and find another dealer that is willing to negotiate, and make a sale. There are a lot of them out there - just not Killeen Ford.

Sold us a "new" truck that had been in an accident. It was found out through CARFAX. Claimed they didnt know. Was told it was our problem getting loan cancelled through Ford? Bad deal!

Josh was our sales rep and was awesome. All the sales folks are super laid back and easy to work with.When I arrived I explained that I was originally looking at used F150s but wasn’t having any luck so wanted to see how the deals and rates were on new.I explained everything I was looking for in a truck and where I wanted my payment to be, and his response was honest: “well, what you’re looking for in a truck and where you want to land payments wise don’t really match, but if you’re interested we can take a look at what’s in stock.”Josh tried his hardest to steer me towards trims and packages that would actually hit my payment cap, but I wasn’t willing to compromise on what I wanted.I asked him to run the numbers on the one I wanted anyway, just to give an idea where it would be, and he did while ensuring I understood that it probably wasn’t a good fit.In the end, I told Josh my absolute cap, and told him I’d buy that day if he could hit it. He was able to get over 11k off the truck and hit the mark.In the end, because Josh was able to hit that number I had room to add the extended warranty and the maintenance package.I’m paying more than I originally planned to, but that’s my lack of compromise, not Josh or the dealership. If it was up to Josh I would have, in his words “bro, get a slightly lower trim, drive if for a few years and then work your way up the line”.

I’m not one to write reviews, but after the awful way we were treated by this dealership, I feel I have to write one. My boyfriend was looking for a new Maverick, tremor package and it’s very hard to find, so when we saw one of their website we were cautiously optimistic. He spoke to 2 different people, including Blake, who put my boyfriend on hold and went and confirmed the vehicle was on the lot and he would pull it aside for us. My boyfriend told Blake we live in Abilene, 3 hours away, so we wanted to make sure the vehicle was there before driving all that way. Blake assured him the vehicle was there. We drove all the way down there and when we got there, we were told by Tony that the vehicle had sold “months ago”. We were LIVID. We were outright lied to. We spoke to the manager and all he could offer us was a $50 gift card for our gas. When I told the manager we had been told it had sold months ago, he said that’s not true, who told you that? I pointed to Tony, who was standing right next to him. They couldn’t even get their story straight. And then they thought they could sell us a different car. I wouldn’t have bought a car from them if they were the last dealership on the planet, based on principle alone. STAY AWAY.

I felt bad for being the first person to walk in, right before the doors open and while their morning meeting was going on, but Max quickly stepped out to help me out. Originally going in just for an estimate for my trade in, I left with a great deal on a new Ford Bronco Sport. We have bought vehicles all over Texas, and this location made it the easiest. Thank you!

I had an appointment for the third time. The first time the dealership canceled it without giving me a reason why. The second time they told me they could not login to the system. Today I had an appointment at 9:30 and it was done at 15:20. When I asked the service advisor around 11:30 when the car will be done, she told me that the mechanic recommend a break pads and rotors, the cost was $520. I told them not to do it. She told me that's fine and that the mechanic will wrapping it up. One hour later I asked again, if the car is done. She answered me with, yes it's done and outside, which it wasn't. I asked her again, and she told me there is another recall on it and the mechanic working on it now and it will take 30 minutes. I decided to leave and get some lunch. At 15:00 I got a phone call that my car is ready. I picked it up at 15:20 signed a lot of paperwork. So I went outside to get my car and the only positive thing was that it was clean. Thank you for the person who washed it. If they would told me that it takes all day, I wouldn't be so frustrate, and I could plan the day differently.

Wow wish I looked at the other reviews before wasting my time reaching out. I spent days going back and forth. Very little communication from them. Finally got back to me and said they wouldn't give me rough numbers unless I came in. All the other cord dealers had no problem doing this to make sure it was a good use of everyone's time. I would highly suggest skipping over reaching out to them. There's many other dealerships in the area that value you're time.

Killeen Ford was a great car shopping experience. Greg was so attentive and listened to what I was looking for. He did the leg work in the heat and found the car I was looking for. Greg is great at his job. He found me the car I wanted, not the car he wanted to sell me. I am 100% happy with the 2023 Ford Edge I purchased, the interest rate, and my trade in value. Great experience despite the 105° heat.

All the bad reviews are correct. 12 days to replace a blown window motor. Then a phone call after the fact to call me a liar and berate me for unhappy that I had to cancel physical therapy appointments multiple times due to car pooling issues over 12 days without my car. Apparently if you are unhappy with calling multiple times for 30 mins plus with no answer to them have to drive out there and be told random crap like your car is being diagnosed still when the 1 and only phone call I got was the day before saying it had been diagnosed and the part would be in EOD or tomorrow and then the next day the car is back to being diagnosed.I lost my train of thought but, dude, go anywhere else

They r really bad about getting back to u with news about ur car. They have had my car for 4 days and 2 in diagnostic and still nothing. And they call themselves award winning he'll no not in in my book. Can't even provide a loaner.

Janice at Killeen Certified (used vehicles) was an amazing help when I wanted to custom order my New 2023 Ford Bronco. Through the whole process. From ordering to waiting to pick up. She would check on me and always a quick happy response when I would send the high amounts of omg updated on my order as I learned about them even really early in the morning or really late at night. This is my go to gal for any vehicle I am looking for. NEW OR USED!!!
