My only issue with my experience was having to wait approximately 10 minutes after entering the store before someone asked me if I needed help, which should have been obvious since I was standing at the counter. There were staff members that were discussing something trivial to store business and didn't break away to assist me for the period of time mentioned. Customer service should be visited with this store staff.”

“I found this place with a 5-star review on Yelp so I decided to give it a try. The mechanic Darrin was very easygoing and accommodating. He fixed my catalytic converter with reasonable charge. They do diagnose for free and give you a detailed report, you can leave with the report if you have a second thought or just wanna get different quotes from other shops. (Some places in Killeen would ask for money just to run diagnosis). Came in later for multiple times cause my rmp raves up at random, and Darrin did multiple tests to locate the issue. I really appreciate it.I had a very positive experience with Best Body and Paint, I don't really leave Google Reviews but BBP went beyond and above, I'd recommend this place.”
