Great service, especially from Dominique. He worked through several issues with my kids' apple watches to solve an issue that a tech at a different AT&T store couldn't figure out. Dominique was incredibly patient and was very persistent about figuring out how to get my watches set up, and was successful at it!

Satin was very pleasant and helpful. My initial reason for my visit was because I was looking for a specific phone for my elderly mother. Something more user friendly. And I needed the phone to be mailed directly to her in North Carolina. Which she helped me get it done. Then while I was there I decided to upgrade my phone and also upgrade my iPad for a tablet for my granddaughter. Satin was extremely nice, not to mention the gentleman that was working that day as well. I was having a difficult time trying to receive my military discount online and at another AT&T location, but when I came to this store, AJ happily helped me, and now I’m all set! He has a very positive, pleasant and helpful personality, I greatly appreciate that! I am very pleased with my experience at this particular AT&T store!

I’m not pleased with the staff in the store. I helped my friend switch her number over from T-mobile. Dominique was the representative and we specifically told him we want insurance on the phone ONLY and not on the watch. He still added it on both. We also told him that we don’t want next up on the phone and when I brought it up at least 2 times he lied straight to our faces about not adding insurance or next up. When I called the store about it after finding out it was added, they not only lied again but also hung up on me. I’m tempted to cancel the lines and go to another location that can provide me with better customer service.

i am very disappointed. i’ve been an ATT customer for over 10 years and i had the ABSOLUTE WORST interaction today with sales rep dominique. they added a ton of things that i specifically didn’t ask for and when i called and complained they hung up on me. they clearly prioritize quotas instead of their customers, so i will be calling corporate.

I called today due to my grandmother's phone breaking and when I finally got a representative on the line they were sarcastic when I asked what's the cheapest phone they have. Then when I asked what's the cheapest smart phone she put me on hold as I waited a few minutes she then came back and replied with an answer before scoffing and laughing at me over the phone. The representative was rude and disrespectful and if I wasn't paying off my phone I'd take my business elsewhere cause this isn't the first store that's been like this.

This location is the best in the area. Felix was phenomenal. He help me set up my new iPhone 14 Plus. He showed me how to use the phone. He also paired my watch to my phone and he was very patient .

Came in there Sunday morning 10/16 to purchase a prepaid phone plan for my child a 4 yr old and the guy that worked in there kept trying to sell me on a plan ( not AJ) but the other guy. I specifically told him I didn’t want anything on my credit. I told him I just wanted a prepaid plan he wouldn’t sell it to me. I went to the other store and purchased it and they had no problem getting that for me. Tell your workers stop being so pushy and rude.

My first experience with another at&t service rep was good, however everything went wrong. Left with no Sim card and alot of empty promises made. However we went back the very next day and this gentleman Benjamin helped us fix everything, he skipped his lunch to make sure we were square. Juan also ran to a sister store to get the phone my wife wanted. They made EVERYTHING happen. That's the only reason I give my experience 5 stars. For the customer service the second time in and the dedication Benjamin and Juan had for us customers, ensuring we left satisfied.

I went into the store to buy a new iphone and I was going to, but the lady that was helping me seemed busy and paid no attention to me . I don’t even think she looked up from her computer screen at all .I ended up walking away . It was a very awkward experience lol. Im sure she was just having a bad day . It’s unfortunate because I really wanted a new phone but I couldnt deal with someone like that
