Went to AT&T to join my Boyfriends plan with a new phone and watch and Gabby helped us and truly went above and beyond to get us the best deals and save money for a line for out daughter as well. Thank You Gabby for all your help You were AMAZING!

The first technician, Tania, was very helpful but had to leave when her shift was over. The second tech, however, was condescending and told me that it wasn't possible to set up cellular lines on my children's apple watches unless they each got their own phone - HOWEVER, this is absolutely possible with apple watch SE gps + cellular watches paired to a parent's phone using the family share setting. This is also pretty clearly stated on both AT&T's and Apple's web pages. I tried explaining what I'd read on the websites to the tech, but he was dismissive and even went so far as to recommend that I return the watches. I then went to a different AT&T store in town, where a much more helpful technician was able set set up exactly what I asked for - he established the two additional apple watch cellular lines for me, with no need for new / additional phones.

I visited the store today, because I had questions about my phone trade in. The guy I spoke to was rude. I wasn’t done talking when he walked away when I asked for cooperate number and told me to call 611. I didn’t get do you have any further questions or have a nice day. All I got was a manager will be present Friday.

The person who helped me did a great job. However the store needs to update their business hours on the website. 0900 was listed as start time but it did not open until 1000. Several of us were waiting in the rain. For a communications store, perhaps they could communicate better.

Had an amazing experience at this store with Gabby. I broke my iPhone and needed a replacement. As a new iPhone user, I was not up to speed on the process of transferring my data. Gabby took the time to help me transfer everything and was able to help process a trade-in, so it wasn’t a total loss! Her customer service was amazing. She was polite, courteous and handled my issue quickly. I was in and out in under 45 mins! I’ll be sure to request Gabby directly for any of my future smart phone needs! Thanks again Gabby! You rock!

There is no option for 0 stars. I had to choose 1 star. These people are rude, unprofessional, and have no manners at all… if you ask to talk to the manager… good luck. Once you speak to the manager, you will understand why the rest of the crew misbehaves. Never going back.

Not the sales person's fault!!! SHE WAS GREAT!!! I would like to have known I would need to buy a 'charger block' as one is not included...pretty cheap of Google! Google gets 1 star.

I don't know how to spell his name but he told us to call him Quan, he greeted us as soon as we walked in, we wanted to upgrade a line and trade a phone, he was very helpful, kind and thorough, told us how we could save money by choosing auto pay, set our new phone up for us and gave my husband and I his number incase we ran into any issues, so we could contact him directly. He was a gold star. Lol

Brian Davila was amazing! He handled my issues with patience and grace. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped beyond what he needed to. I will absolutely be recommending my friends and family to frequent this location. He was super friendly and lifted my mood swiftly!

Walked in and was greeted warmly by the costumer service reps. They were able to switch my service quickly and without any issues. Even helped me find the information I needed from my last service so I can switch.

Wow what a scam, Someone from this location and phone number called me stating I had ordered 2 phones and needed to verify a code sent to my phone to make sure. I never authorized anything and so I didn’t give them any information. Called AT&T and said they had nothing on file and to not provide information. They seriously tried to scam me!
