Found my living room set online, contacted CAT at my local RAC to put in my order. CAT was very helpful to place my special order through Ashley. About 2 weeks later or less my furniture was in my house. Made my last payment on my washer/dryer and the new living room set all at the same time thanks to CAT.

VERY DISAPPOINTED. Ordered and paid for a bed in early Jan. They said it would arrive in 6 weeks and we could pick it up on Feb. 15. It did not arrive. They told me it was a delay and I could pick it up on Feb. 22. It did not arrive and now they tell me it won't get here before April. If my partner did not like it so much, I would have canceled the order. I am really disappointed in the service. I was also told I would get a weekly update on its status since it may come in before April. I have not gotten one yet. So disappointed. This is the worst service I have received since moving back to Texas in January.

Wonderful furniture store. Very friendly staff. Never felt hounded while looking. Carlos was an excellent floor rep! Answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about the furniture and warranties on them. Awesome experience.

Great furniture store with great business. The thing that stood out was Mr. Walter Blackwell !!! His customer service was unmatched. He took his time carefully explaining deals, textures, fabrics of their furnitures and even walking the floor of two separate stores with us. He is an amazing person and would refer him to anyone who stops by their store. You won’t be disappointed!!

Don’t know who was texting me but they’re rude and have no type of communication skills. Honestly because of that this will be my last time dealing with this place, my couch was damaged during delivery and I had to almost argue on that to prove it was damaged and the guy was trying to rush the whole process and I didn’t realize my walls and door was damaged because of them. I just can’t handle the rudeness and the fact they want to rush and try to argue with you about no damages when it’s clear as day damage has been done. It’s also unprofessional to keep saying how you can just come and get the item because on your end you messed up on the agreement and I didn’t even get no apology for that just just told that I better pay in full on this date when you made the mistake on the deal and when payment is due actually due. I was also told I was going to get a discount because of the damage on the item but there nothing showing that it has been taken off and I shouldn’t pay full when this company damaged the product while delivering and told me themselves they would make sure to get some weeks taken off but again they’re not with holding to their word. I also don’t like the fact I made it clear when I get paid and when payment should be taken out and it was sure that the charge will happen at my period but I get threats when you schedule ealier than agreed and expect payment when it’s not even pay day. I honestly would say to avoid them and deal with someone else because the people who work here are rude and won’t even apologize or take any type of accountability on their mistakes! They’re quick to put the blame on you and just make threats consistently, this is by far the worst company I’ve dealt with and it’s ridiculous to get treated like trash when I literally just got the item!!!

Mr. Walter was charming and knowledgeable about his product. We were in 2 weeks ago and discussed some opportunities. We came back...item was on sale,ordered a different color and he handled everything with grace. He was extremely helpful and delightful to work with.
