“after having a HORRIBLE experience at Icon Apartments, we were prepared for all apartments to be that bad. The Dorel has been so pleasant our entire time staying here. Not a single complaint. The noise level is moderate, considering there’s lots of families living here and we were near the pool that people throw parties at sometimes. Only had positive experiences with other residents. The ladies in the office have always been really friendly and they come up with unique ideas for community engagement and there’s almost always something coming up to look forward to. They are always very respectful of your privacy. If they need to do repairs they give at least a 24 hr notice and if you request repairs they call you when they’re about to be there. Nothing has broke in our apartment and when we moved in everything was so perfectly clean not a SPECK of dust anywhere or on anything! I’ve really loved living here and wished every apartment had this great of management.”

“I’ve been a resident at The Springs at 1100 for about 7 months & my experience has been wonderful!! I absolutely love my apartment? The office staff is very friendly, & the maintenance team is very hardworking & thorough. The head maintenance man Dan is always there to help & gets everything fixed THE FIRST TIME! Highly recommend, 10/10✨✨”

“Highly recommend! Stayed over 2 months; it was like home away from home. Apartment was immaculately clean, spacious, and showed attention to detail. The kitchen and bath had all the essentials and then some. Appliances and internet worked great. Mr. Brown was very helpful and responsive. A professional and well-run business. “I have lived at Keystone Apartments for three years. Quite neighborhood, with access to a pool and dog park. Extremely friendly management staff and responsive maintenance staff as well. Spacious apartments with built in laundry. Two bedroom apartment supported me and my two young sons. Great community and I highly recommend this neighborhood.”

“It isnt ideal to live in the complex there’s to much problems especially with being over priced but Mrs Erica the nice lady at the front desk I love her energy she is just such a nice person and she will genuinely do her best to help you out in any situation you may come across living here and she genuinely has a good personality and a good heart when you go to talk to her even if it’s your first time speaking to her, she’ll talk to you and treat you like a friend to make you more comfortable in the office. She also works very fast when it comes to any issues you may have. Honestly 5 stars to her but living here is only 3.”
