The mechanics and the staff have at Al’s are, so friendly with great customer service…..They go beyond the call of duty to resolve your automotive needs at a very reasonable price….My issue was a heating issue that was supposed to be fixed by another automotive shop that I took it to and it wasn’t completely fixed, although they had my vehicle for over a week and a half, and the amount of money I spent with them….Al’s felt my pain from me spending my money from the other shop not correcting the problem and he knew I couldn’t really afford to spend to much more money, so he did an alternative solution to completely fix my heat and it worked…So, if you are looking for a group of professional qualified and skilled mechanics to take care of all your automotive needs and at a reasonable price please go to them….. I am not a commercial, but I am telling you what I know and experienced firsthand…They just don’t care for your vehicle, but they care for you as a customer because they are a family owned business that truly cares and they are not out to just get your money….They are professionals That’s why they have been here in business for decades. They just don’t know how much I truly appreciate and thank them……..Kudos!!!..

I dropped off a poorly thought out project in the form of a 2000 Mitsubishi Montero. I brought high quality parts for them to replace. $2700 and the replaced my timing belt, timing belt tensioner, water pump, cam seals front and rear, front crank seal, valve cover gaskets, spark plugs and wires, and radiator. Hector got my vehicle right. They are a square dealing shop in my experience. Quality work takes time👍🏾

This shop is AMAZING!! I needed a repair for the truck my dad left me when he passed away. I know very little about auto mechanics, but I remember my dad always telling me to come to Al’s if I ever need work done on a vehicle. I’m glad I listened. Everyone was friendly and respectful. They were able to get the repair done quickly and properly. I will definitely be coming back to get the other repairs done that I need.

10/10 recommend miss DeeDee !!! She has great customer service, genuinely wants to help, and will look out for you ! I was quoted $1,000+ for my car repairs, but Dee Dee was able to get me right for literally half price ! She’s definitely a life saver.

This is my second time getting service here with a different car, and both experiences have been exceptional. The customer service is excellent, and both times, my repairs were completed the same day. Anytime I have an issue with our vehicles, this is the first place I’ll call, no question. Recently took my Jeep in and had a lovely experience. The lady who runs the front like a boss, was absolutely amazing to me. Always heard me out and helped me get my jeep back up and running. She called all over to find a camshaft for my vehicle. It may have taken a while but she never stopped busting her butt to find one for my Jeep. I just received my jeep today and she is running better than before! I will update this in a few weeks but I highly recommend Al's SuperCenter! Amazing customer service, endless efforts to fix your vehicle in a timely manner and everyone was super kind/friendly. I will be back for all of my future services.

This is the second time I have been here for service on my 2017 Ram 1500. Dede is very professional and courteous. The staff are quick and efficient. Being an out of towner for work, they make the unpleasant vehicle issues an ease to deal with. Definitely highly recommend them for all you locals to support your local trustworthy mechanic shop!
