The service was very poor. It took 3 days to work on my car. They didn’t call me when car was done. They over charged me on labor for parts that I already had. One part was defective and they didn’t tell me. So my car was left the same way but was charged a extreme amount for nothing!

The quality of work is consistently high, and it’s located near downtown Killeen. The only drawback is their operating hours they close at 5:30pm; extending them would provide greater convenience, especially for those with tight schedules. This minor point aside, Phil’s Service is highly recommended for its professional and dependable automotive services.
