At first everything was cool. Vonny sent my money to my account and sent her 10% that she charges on anything you get. Every time I got my return I asked her you str8 ? She said yes mine is coming to my account. That was the third time she has did this that way. I spent my money needed a car and insurance for a year. Then I started going through other things on my life moving ect: she called and said hey irs for some reason sending the check to you , I said I don’t stay there any more. So not only did I have to track down a check for her. It was cool until I found out it was in my name. I had to put it in my account which ebay took it. I started thing new business with them and the people asked for a refund. I let her know and she wasn’t understanding and even when I tried to send money she wasn’t communicating with me as much as I was . I didn’t want to see the rest if she’s talking about it won’t be accepted. (I still have all messages) . So still going through things I sat back prayed and God told me to stop letting her do my taxes because she doesn’t do them right and she takes 10% so I told her hey how can we do this I want to pay you for last year and extra fee’s . She said okay get back with me Jan. She didn’t write back on any of her pages. Until I decide I’m going to do what I heard God say do. File my business I just started last year and pay her and leave her 2 faced ahh alone( yes two faced ( I noticed this and back away when the tea business together. But long story short this girl tried o sneak and claim me and my kids.. messing our info up. If she didn’t think I was going to pay her she could have brought law into but she’s been playing games. I would have understood snd paid her still. She was not understanding and didn’t take accountability on her part.

My husband had his taxes done and he has yet to receive his State refund from 2019. The tax preparer (Kekentia (Katia) Grant) said it was filed, but the IRS has no record whatsoever, as if nothing was filed. Also, her response when he repeatedly tried to contact her to check on the status was "it was out of her hands and he should contact the IRS directly for help". Of course she would say that, knowing you can never get through to the IRS. so that $1,200 that we will never see. This is what she does, she doesn't know what she is doing, as I know a couple of other people that went through the same thing with her. If you pay for her services, the filing should be done correctly and to completion and in this case it wasn't. Please beware of what you're getting yourself into when going to All in One Taxes. Also, I can't file a complaint because she/they purposely black out there EIN numbers on their forms. However, I was able to file a complaint with the BBB.

This lady does not know what she is doing katie mess up my taxes,I tx her and when irs finally was opened she said I had to called them myself after she messed all my paper work up .... not ever again

This place turned my life into a nightmare , my taxes have been messed up since 2015 until now! This lady would go on trips and put this off for years and now I have a levy against me . She doesn’t like negative comments but the truth is If you didn’t have to time you should have never done what you did to my taxes. This is people life I hope you get what is coming to you. I trusted that you would take care of this mess you got us into. I never want this for anyone.You don’t deserve any stars
