I purchased a chevy traverse from here almost 4 years ago and it is always serviced at this location. Amanda Carrol has been on point consistently. Had a problem with my vehicle. At the time I was dealing with two family emergencies and health issues. She made sure I was taking care of. Austin Britner,this is leadership that is indispensable. Had a very bad experience at the dealership. Not with the sales team but with the parts advisor Ronny. Extremely rude and hard to talk to. Maybe it’s a Chevrolet thing as for the past 15 years I’ve owned nothing but Audis, and have had nothing but the best experience at various Audi dealerships across the country. First and last time I deal with the parts department here and most likely the entire dealership. It’s worth the hour drive to Austin or Waco to talk to people that seem like they enjoy their job. Rarely do I ever give one star reviews. I usually skip the bad ones.

I recently inquired about a 2025 TRAX as a gift for my granddaughter was give a OTD quote when reviewing my quote there were several unnecessary admins in the quote totaling more than $3,000.00, but the most interesting was the $2999.00 for added equipment for a vehicle that is still in transit. I ask for a explication and never received any answer please do your research before making a purchase from this dealer.

6 years ago I purchased my first truck from here and it was the best experience. For 6 years I had every service done on that truck and my other vehicles.
I want to thank the parts department for always providing the best service and making sure I always had the right equipment.
Today though, I needed a single tire mounted. And I had to pick up the tire and drive to another shop to get it mounted. I was told maybe tomorrow if not Monday (4 days). I am not asking for a transmission change or oil change. Customer don’t need to be told that you are short staffed. That’s a management issue.

Mr. Deshawn, my sales representative, was awesome. Initially we were approached by a different sales representative, but his scheduled appointment came early. This was a blessing in disguise because the level of patience and assistance provided by Deshawn was the best customer service that cannot be taught.
This is the second vehicle that I have purchased from this dealership and the customer service has always made the experience less stressful.
