mandatory 3k dealer add dealership on all new vehicles. paint protection, ceramic tint and wheel locks. i can get all of that myself for 800.00 for all! dealer add dealerships are a con! stay away!!!! this is just a way for the dealer to get you at sticker plus. especially when rates are crap and cars are over priced and nobody can afford anything... way to stick it to your customers not american chevrolet!!!refuse to sell you the car!!!! you should refuse to do business here... run run runbrian cook is not a sales manager you ever want to do business with.

Horrible experience and incompetent salesman. Wasted 2.5 hrs of my precious life dealing with these conartist. They will lie to you with a straight face hoping you take the bait.Do your research on the vehicle you want to purchase. At the end of the day when they realize your are smarter than a 5th grader, take your business elsewhere.

The good part of our experience was everyone was nice and the the sale process went quick. The bad part was none of the staff was well trained on EV's, so they struggled to answer our questions. Seems like a good place to buy a truck, but could use some work on the EV side of things.

In regard to my earlier post on 9/1. All items have been resolved to my satisfaction. Netoshia the General Sales Manager contacted me and arranged for all of the items to be completed at a local Dallas area dealership. I appreciate all she did to quickly address my concerns. I am completely happy with my purchase now.

Worst service ever! Have taken my Tahoe to them now for the 3rd time and still same issue. Serviced in May 2022, September 2022 and now September 2023 Had me drop of on Monday called on Tuesday for a status as I need my vehicle only to be told 3-5 days for a diagnostic! So why did I drop it off if it wasn't even going to be looked at. Now we have someone who is and I quote" Thoroughly looking at it". Due to the fact that the part they changed out twice before already may not be the issue. Now I cannot get a loaner because they have none and without a diagnosis I can't get a rental via my warranty. Do yourself a favor find a different dealership to service your vehicle! One star is being kind! If I could do ZERO I WOULD !

I had gotten my first car from here a 2017 Chevy Cruze pre-owned, everything had seemed fine at first but during the process of signing papers for the car someone I had went with had notice a dent in the car, I didn't mind since i was told it would be taken care of, took nearly 2-3 months to finally get an appointment. When picking up my car I expected the scratches and dent be replaced by new parts, I thought completely wrong all that was done was them "covering" up the scratches with a pen that was a completely different color than the car and was told that's all they could do. This was a couple years back but it still bugs me how they're still able too be in business.

Ordered a new Bolt EUV. Was given a quote of MSRP, doc fee, and taxes/registration. Paid a $1000 down payment and then waited. It took a while (nearly six months), but the car was finally built and I finalized the purchase in late February 2023.Sure enough, I got the car for the price that was originally quoted. No add-ons, no sneaky mark-ups. Everyone was very friendly, and it was one of the best purchase experiences I ever had with a new vehicle. I will be purchasing my next new Chevrolet from All American.

I just purchased my first new Chevrolet from my new sales guy and new friend Michael Long with All American Chevrolet in Killeen after having such a horrible purchasing experience with Nyle Maxwell. I normally keep my vehicles for up to 15 years before trading in but my transmission blew in my 2008 Nissan and I thought it was time for an upgrade. However, after just nine months of my vehicle constantly needing costly repairs which were NOT covered by the warranty company and after 2 months in their service department and not offered a loner vehicle, I finally had enough of Nyle Maxwell and picked up my Jeep and went straight to All American Chevrolet.Michael was awesome he gave me a great price on the Jeep trade in and got me into exactly what I wanted. Michael was very polite and had so much patience working both with me and my daughter in purchasing our new vehicles. He took his time and answered all our questions and believe me I was a handful because it was so hard to trust another dealership after my last purchase nightmare. Michael is one of the best sales guys I have ever met who cares about the person and not just selling a car. I know if I have any questions or concerns I can still depend on Michael to find the answers. Thank you Michael Long for your professionalism and All American Chevrolet for my new Chevy and your awesome customer service team! I absolutely love my new Chevrolet!

First of all, All American Chevrolet was good getting us to buy the vehicle... They let us test drive the vehicle, worked with us on selecting different banks, all that jazz. You would think when you buy a vehicle, that you would get, as promised an oil change, a cleaning and all that right? No, absolutely not. On top of this, I walked away thinking that my WIFE's new car came with a spare tire...NOPE!!! WRONG AGAIN!!! All American Chevrolet knowing gave us a "fix a flat" kit...What happens if my wife with my daughters completely blows a tire on the side of the road? Guess I'll sit there and blow air into nothing! On top of all of this, when we came in to see about getting the tire for her, "Buyers" one of the "floor managers" basically told us we were SOL! When I asked him, "So if my wife blows a tire, she's basically fu**ed?" He nodded his head and told me, "Yep"That is not the safety and respect anyone should get when buying a car! As a dealership they should have made it right. 0 stars if I could! Hope the news outlet and Fort Hood find their way to this post.

I had emailed them in March of 2020 to stop contacting me. Because, despite my numerous attempts to get a call back from them, despite them telling Chevy corporate they don't have my number, they try to email and call to sell me shit. They kept doing it this week.Do not even give these people your initials, they will try to extract your cash, leave you to rot, and then circle back to see if they can get more cash from you.I never thought the car buying experience with a company would devolve from"I hope I get a good deal"To"I hope they can fix this"To"I hope they will call me"To"I hope they stop calling me"
