had 2 suits, 2 leather jackets, one dress jacket and a Canada goose winter coat "go missing" the day after the move. I know they were there before the move. I have filed a police report. I'd suggest using a different company if you do not want to run the risk of your nicer things going missing.Service: In-state moving

They pack the day we had to turn in the house and they didn't finished till 12am. They were scheduled but failed so they had to come 2 days later. The company mixed my house hold items with another families and now 45% of my stuff is gone. They don't know where it is and when I call all they say "we turned in all your stuff we can't do anything about it". They keep giving me the run around but they failed. Over 34 totes are missing brand new furniture is missing and all my husband military stuff is missing. My valuables are missing. The inventory paper had tons of misspelled words and it wasn't detailed and some stuff that we have on video to proof of each items that we had before packing is missing and wasn't written down on the inventory. They left some of my house hold items behind too. They said that it doesn't fit anymore but they would gladly take it out of my hands so I won't leave it behind. We didn't had time to sell what they left behind bcuz we had to fly at 3am the next day

The ladies at the front office cannot say good morning back. I always greet people everytime I enter an office but these older ladies could be tired of life that they have no pleasant manners...

Were very professional. Was able to get my piano moved very quickly. They were done in 30min don't understand why I had to pay for 2hrs of work.

I am in the military and do not have a choice of TSP as often one gets assigned to me and then sub-contracted to the lowest bidder--in this case to AJs. After reading initial reviews, which are not great, I did ask to schedule my move with someone else but AJ and was denied. I've always been easy going and humble, I tipped everyone that came to my house and was associated with this move, I fed and provided drinks, and tried to be as accommodating as possible. At the end, many items were incorrectly marked, high value item not properly inventoried (had to be later added), and items were stolen. I understand AJ must maintain the business profitable, but not this way... disappointing.

“Lost” 2 of our crates with my baby’s clothes, dishes, TA-50, my wife’s dead father’s things, and numerous new stuff still in the box. It got lost alright in someone’s house or on Craigslist. Unbelievable!
