I use this company for an emergency on the side of the road, the ladies that answered, the phone calls were very nice and kind, when I spoke to Richard, he was very knowledgeable of the area, and their response time to get to me, was very impressive. Not only that, but the pricing is also great, I highly recommend this company for any emergencies that have to do with towing or even getting some gas a jump to your car. Thank you for the reassurance of public safety and showing me that your business is in it for the right reasons.

My son was needing charger for his Tesla and was stuck on the side of the road, he had called another company before this one and they were going to charge him 400 dollars to tow him and Action Towing call my sister right at the time the and quoted us a much cheaper amount and said he would be there in 20 minutes and he was, he explained how he was going to hook it up and everything, but the great part was he had found a charging stay that we could go to ahead of time and had it set for us. Best towing in town. My nephew came down from Dallas not knowing the charge station was out in Killeen he was stuck on the highway in Nolanville and one tow company was going to charge him almost 400 to do it. We looked at action towing web page. And they called us immediately and we are thankful they did they charged us 3xs less then what someone else was going to charge. I wish I could give more stars! Richard was soo soo kind and exactly the person we needed in this frustrating situation. He not only picked up the call right away, he left immediately to get my car and drop it where it needed to go! Everywhere else was over an hour wait and had extra charges attached. Excellent service! Richard was very prompt, affordable and knowledgeable. Got my car hooked up in no time (he had to put it in neutral because it wouldn't start) and even tested my battery for me. I would highly recommend.

I wouldn't call this company. Very shady owner. One word for the owner, HUSTLER. Will tow and impound your vehicle and then won't release it so that they can charge extra $$ because the "24 hour" period has elapsed. Steals belongings out of you vehicle. Wants you to pay in cash so that it's not accountable to the IRS. Do yourself a big favor and a big head ache, call any other company to tow your stuff...!

It was 110 degrees today when my cars starter decided to stop working ??. This was my first time being stranded and im not going to lie, I was a bit nervous. I googled tow trucks near me and luckily Action Towing and Recovery was the first to populate. Not only did Richard show up in no time but he was very kind, friendly, and helpful. I can tell he's used to working with people during difficult times. Hes very patient and has a positive attitude. I hope i dont have anymore car troubles but if I do, I will definitely be calling Action Towing and Recovery again. They are also very reasonable in price.Service: Car towing
