Employees are rude, the air machine removes air out of tire and has no out of order sign on it so they robbing people, when you go ask about the air machine employees get rude and say it not their problem leaving me stuck with a flat tire and made me leave the store...Smh

This establishment is quiet and usually cool but there's a few times I had anxiety because I seen employee's point at me while I attempted to shop ,this was a common occurrence and I felt uncomfortable to go inside because I am familiar with targeting .7/11 establishments need to enforce policies where people keep their hands to themselves and make sure their customers aren't being stalked or bullied because how easy it is to misinform other people to other people with intellectual disabilities ,you put your customers at danger in the community when you take into negative practices,this report on risky behavior will be sent to corporate constantly until the harassment stops .

I love the employees at this store. They are so friendly from the morning shift to the overnight shift. Best 7-11 in Killeen.

Unlike other 7/11s out there; this Store went above and beyond any I had business doing with before. When there was a blatant problem with Uber Eats after a delivery driver had wrongfully grabbed the wrong Order, the Floor Supervisor; Mrs. Mosley had assisted this new Soldier to work with Uber Eats out of her time to get me a Refund. She even extended her kindness by giving me two free croissants for the troubles caused.This store is truly above the call of duty and the staff here are obviously being supervised by a great leader to where hopefully witnessing their supervisor go above and beyond may inspire them to do the same and to carry a positive example for what a 7/11 should be in the books.

This is my Go-2-Spot on the way to work in the mornings, I’m obsessed with the breakfast pizza ? and I usually get me a icee too ?? also a very special shout out to ALL the ladies in the morning around 630-730, they are always so sweet and nice to me. And every now and then I see a young man, he’s nice too ?? I am in retail too and I know patience is a must, I also know customers are not always right. It takes special people to do retail jobs. So kudos to you morning ladies. Thanks for your kindness, it really does go a long way and helps me start my day ??????????

Some of the staff here are nice. The reason for the 1 star is because they need some training for lottery tickets. So the young girl this evening made a mistake which I wanted Tuesday and Friday 2 for each day not only did she messed up my ticket and excepted it, but now I went back to purchase 2 tickets for Friday the older lady wanted me to play the same numbers on both my tickets for Friday. I’m trying to explain that’s not how it works so instead of her listening to my issue things started to escalate and I just didn’t purchase the tickets for Friday because she didn’t understand. Instead of getting a better understanding she wanted to sound good and she is giving false information about how to purchase lottery tickets. I play my numbers, mega millions and power ball here all the time. This was the second time I had a problem. The first time was I hit a mega million ball, which you have the option to purchase another ticket or you win $2 back, the gentleman was polite, however was not understanding what I was saying he stated you only win a ticket or $2 if you play the win 5. All the while I’m saying do you guys know what you’re doing and the other staff lady said no they don’t because I’m the 10th customer that day coming in trying to explain to them how it works. They should listen to the customer when it comes to the Customer playing their numbers. Hope this message will get through to cooperate or someone higher in charge of this 711, so they can train their staff at this store on these tickets.

Robin was BEYOND disrespectful this morning as they messed up on a gas transaction! Not sure if it was too early in the morning but to yell at me and tell me I owe another customer $10.01 for something I DID NOT do was uncalled for! It is 7:30AM, I just dropped my kids off at school and had to get gas right quick - what an experience! I’ve faithfully came to this location until it was closed for renovations but now seems like the OLD EMPLOYEES need to replaced! What happened to your bubbly personality Robin !!!??I showed those men my transaction for $55.73 at 7:30AM as stated! An apology will be nice next morning I am there!By the way Robin people do “pay it forward,” try it sometime! Even for gas!

The employees are always super nice! So the reason for the 1 star review is because I bought a “fresh fruit, cheese and cracker” bowl; Grapes were MOLDY.Just a waste of money because I had to throw the whole thing away. :(

Poor Experience every time, I’m done ordering anything from this 7-11 every time I order cookies I don’t get the cookies I ordered , or the cookies not cooked all he way or I get hair in my cookies this is he second time I got hair in my cookies and I’m starting to think it’s done on purpose, because today I ordered cookies and I had a long string of hair in the middle of my bundle of cookies and only found that out because as I was eating a cookie I was eating hair WITH IT just NASTY ? I’m so disappointed that people are this low that they can’t do there jobs correctly and want to play with people food. If this the kind of business that’s being ran I don’t want to spend my money here no longer
