Got there way before closing, but had to wait in line for other customers. Making us get to doors at 6:01. Pharmacist wouldn’t even help. Can’t help it took 20 min for one person to get their medication. Very rude staff. Hate using this pharmacy but it’s the one my insurance works best with.

The rating should be much higher!!! I came to your pharmacy today. To pick up medication for the only living family member I have left! It's terminal. And I as a big sister have no idea what I'm doing! I literally busted into tears! Talking to your pharmacist Monica-(Angel). I am so scared! And I'm just trying to hold myself together. Everyday feels like I'm pouring glue on my face to keep a smile. Be strong for everyone. Monica kept me calm at the counter. Through all the ugly crying! I did not expect to break down in your store! Please be good to her! People like her and the kind lady that worked along side her deserve only the best out of this life! I somehow feel lighter than I did. Of course I'm still stressed. But she took a weight off me I didn't know I had! Bless her!

You get pushed into using their app for prescriptions but it never works because there’s always a problem and it tells you to call the store instead. When you call, you spend more time arguing with an automated help system that eventually tells you that everyone is too busy to answer the phone. So, you drive to the store, go in, wait in line and finally get to talk to a person who tells you that you should use the app.

I thought CVS was bad. This pharmacy is the absolute worst. They mess up my prescriptions every month. I have to call every single month and request them to fill them correctly. I get an attitude from every single person there except for a female pharmacist who works there. I am so sick of having to deal with these people, but it is obvious that they don’t care. I have to use them or go stand in the line of misery at Walmart because of my insurance, and boy do they know it. Worst service. Worst attitudes. Incompetence at its worst.

Twice this week I have sat in the pharmacy drive thru for well over 2O minutes. This wouldn’t be so bad if the first time I wasn’t the second car in line, and the second time I was the third car in line. Ridiculous! Do better!

I believe there are some discrepancies when it comes to the correct pharmacy hours for this store.Website states 7:00 AMGoogle states 7:00 AMPhone message states 7:00 AMI arrive at the pharmacy to a sign that states pharmacy opens at 9:00 AM.Would there be any way to correct the outward facing information to the correct times the pharmacy is open?I am positive that I am not the only customer that has run into this issue.

I've really had no problems from this location. I have 5 separate scripts and they all get filled here. There have been a few times that it was hard to get one of them, but that was due to a statewide shortage. No one had it.Other reviews said that ya better place your scripts a week in advance.Well... duh?Soon as I get down to under 2 weeks worth, I refill.If you wait to the last minute and expect them to have it 100% of the time, you're just being irresponsible and immature.There are tons of more people going there besides you.Don't worry WG. I got your back.

I’ve tried. I’ve tried to use this location and it never fails that I can’t obtain answers to my questions regarding my prescriptions. They fill what I did not request and have a stop on. The number of refills are always messed up and falling short. With prescriptions being sent in by the physician’s office, they stop using the rest of the prior script and use the new one causing the old one to expire or what’s the possibility they use them themselves? ??♀️ But, let’s make sure to act all ugly when you question it. I don’t want to go see a doctor any more than I have to do this doesn’t help me, not even financially.
