Dropped in for 2 days this week during my visit in town. Great selection of equipment with plenty of variety. Owner was super friendly. Great place to get a good workout in!

Friendly, great atmosphere. The owner is really nice. Great choice of machines and free weights. Nothing intimidating about this place at all.

Great gym in Kilgore. The atmosphere is exactly what I look for in a gym. Open 24/7, 7 days a week. Cardio, machines, free weights, you name it. The people here are great.
