Bought a car 3 years ago VERY OVERPRICED…purchased the power train plan paid extra just for them not to hold up on there end every time !! Not once in 3 years have they had rentals like they promised if they had to keep your car to get fixed. Had alternaor go out and many other things that they were supposed to cover I still ended up paying out of pocket.An every time I mention about the contract we agreed upon they basically tell me they have loopholes to get out of it.SOO STAY AWAY FROM THIS CAR LOT IF YOU ARE LOOKING RUN FROM THEM YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!

Predatory sales tactics here. This is unfortunately alot places you go to. Sales will pretend to get a price that they are unable to achieve for what ever reason or are unable to compete with a larger dealership. Which is understandable, how ever. Once they "match a competitor" they will deduct the price of the match off of your trade in value. So essentially placing the price back to msrp and hopping you are un-educated and don't catch them moving numbers around. Do not go ill prepared to this dealership and don't recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the trouble shop and be willing to travel to make a purchase. Saved nearly 10000 USD avoiding Patterson.

Hunter made the process seamless to buy a new car. I ordered a Chrysler 300c when it first came out they were making it and sent him emails almost monthly and he was very prompt in getting responses back to me. Very glad Pattersons in Kilgore did not price gouge me on such a limited production car. Enjoying my new ride!

Everything is fine, the only thing is that now you have to make an appointment for a simple oil change. The last time they checked my car, they didn't even fix what I had. I mean, you pay insurance for nothing, that's all I can say.
