I have taken my pets to North Creek for years. I stay with them because they have always treated me and my pets with kindness. My dogs recent surgical visit was no different. They even sent me a text to let me know that she was awake and in recovery, and that she was doing fine. They also worked with Pets and Friends when I lost my last dog. North Creek made that painful process much easier for my family. I recommend them too anyone looking for a new or first vet for their pets!

Absolutely the very best Veterinary hospital in East TX. They have the most caring and knowledgeable staff. They cared for and took great care of our little girl Dixie. They provided the very best care and support throughout her life. They were there for Dixie and our family all the way to the end. Thank you Dr. Hellerich and staff for your love and support.

I had to use this clinic since my vet was out of town. I will say that I am now switching. Dr Hellerich is very knowledgeable and friendly, put us at ease. Sharon, the vet tech, was so personable and comforting. Miss Susan at the front got us in right away. So thank you all. Very impressed. Added bonus, they didn't recommend unnecessary treatment, they started with the basics. Very grateful to find a vet clinic that really and truly cares about pets and people.

North Creek has been our animal clinic for years now. Each of the staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It is easy to make appointments and they offer top notch service. Highly recommend!

horrible at communication. they declined my dogs allergy medicine because they’re “policy” is a 6 month check in that i was never notified of at the time or in the past when she was prescribed the medicine. canceled my appt last min, etc. also, the vet is rude. she was trying to get my dog to take more medicine for her rash at the mandatory check up (i had no clue was needed) and her rash was caused by her not being able to take her meds!!!!!! and when i said i’m only taking home the allergy pills (that are expensive) she responded with “well okay if you want to think you are the doctor, we will do that”

We have used North Creek Animal Hospital for many years and always had excellent service. Our most recent experience was very difficult . We had Wicked for 17 years and it was so difficult to have to let him go. North Creek was very attentive to our need and cared for Wicket and us during this time. We are thankful for all their staff.

The staff at north creek are some of the most empathetic people I have ever encountered. Susan showed me so much compassion on the phone. When I arrived I needed help getting my sweet girl unloaded. Susan made that happen for her. Shelby and Mandy are wonderful and so very kind. Dr. Croley was made aware immediately after Mandy looked at her. Dr. C came in and confirmed what we already knew. My sweet old lady was already letting go. The staff explained how we would help her cross over to the rainbow bridge. My girl had other plans and left us when my husband and I were out of her sight. She had been with us for 11 years. It's like she said "I'm okay, mom. I don't want you to watch me leave you. I'll be brave and go on my own"! When the staff told me she had crossed over on her own, it was instantly the worst pain in my heart. I felt so awful that she went without us. The staff at NC showed us grace, compassion and kindness. Susan lit a candle and put a sign out to let all who were entering know that someone was losing their pet and to use soft voices. I felt so much comfort knowing that everyone in the entire office was supporting us. I will never take our pets anywhere else. Thank you, North Creek, from the bottom of my heart. Bella was loved on as she let go with you ladies by her side. That brought comfort to me.
