I have banked with first convenience for over 14 years. And they have changed alot but not for the better!!!!! I have noticed that they cater to Hispanics. Especially the Kilgore and Longview Branch. I have been bypassed in line and waited for over 30 min just to deposit money. While they carry on in Spanish and laugh while myself and other customers wait. It's time to close my account!!!!!!

Rude and it shows they pick and choose who they like as customers not worthy of my money hard working money and the looks you get as if your scum to them I will never refer them and it was the biggest regret they literally made me feel unworthy of the air they breath cause they out a 3 day hold on a government refund check ! Shows even the gov money is no good

Why do they open at 10:00 am I work the night shift I get off at 6:00 am and I have to wait 4 hours for them to open when I really need to be sleeping

This bank is like all the others....RIP OFF. I paid my electric bill on May 6. The electric company posted and charged to my account on May 7. On May 6 when I paid the bill ONLINE I had over $400 in my account. On May 9 my account available balance and current balance was at $55. I made no other purchases on the account after that time. On May 10 I received an NSF fee of $34!!!! My electric bill was $49. On May 6 and May 7 when my payment was processed and posted by the electric company I had $400 there. I did NOT deserve an overdraft. Not once have I ever tried to spend money I did not have. After waiting on hold for 20 minutes I got the charge reversed. I should not have been put through this. I did nothing wrong. I did some research and this is referred to as "resequential" posting by the bank. Although this is technically legal banks can be sued. I will be pulling my money out and closing this account. Watch your money close if you use this bank!!!!!

Worst banking experience I've ever had. I got fraudulent charges three times from someone stealing my debit card information. Every time it has happened this bank said they would take care of it . Well guess what they never did anything about it . Three chances was way more than enough chances to take care of this problem. I can assure this bank is definitely not about it's customers.

They remember you, quality service but a little slow at peak times!! Cant go there in a hurry!! I been banking with First Convenience since they first opened in Tyler Walmart on Troup Hwy. The opening in Kilgore made it more convenient!!!!

The people at the Kilgore branch specifically are very helpful and friendly. However when you call over their over the phone number the people are incredibly rude and so careless. Their customer service skills are little to none. If you're looking for a professional bank that cares about its customers, I advise that you look elsewhere.

Well as far as the bank goes they do what they have to do it is fairly easy to get a loan if you need one the employees and a managers are very nice and kind and they try to help in every way they can
