I have made many pots of red beans and rice with sausage but tonight’s was a 9.5 out of 10. So far the best I’ve made. All thanks to Clowers sausage. Omg! I’m stuffed. Great staff and great meat!!

Always great! Their steaks are great along with the sausage. An asset to Kilgore to have such a great meat market. Please support local businesses!
