This salon was heaven sent! Mary is a fantastic hair dresser and also owns and operates a comfortable yet professional business. I'm new in town and just happened upon her shop..divine intervention I think..lol. Go see her next time you need a trim or a whole new look because you will not be disappointed! Charged me $225. And i ended up having to pay $240 bc she didn't accept cards, so i had to go to the ATM. I asked for a balayage, which I was okay with paying that for a balayage, but only ended up with money pieces, a few highlights in the front, and splotches in the back. I politely asked if we could come to an agreement on a partial refund after I got home and assessed the damage, and she read the message and did not respond until I messaged again, and she said she was sorry, she did what she could. I had to go to another hair stylist and pay to have my hair done all over again.
