Had to replace windshield wipers after the freeze, one was missing a part the other had been doubled up on the wrong part for my car. Went back and the gentlemen there helped get everything fixed up for me in minutes

Well for the second time at the same autozone , I was hunting for bolts , I was pressed for time , the bolts worked just fine , but went and asked for another set , the smart manager just laughed at me , he thought I needed them. But the fact he laughed at me like haha we don’t have your bolts.. how is he still managing autozone. He really doesn’t like his job. He should want to help the company . I’m don’t with this autozone I’ll do O’Reillys when I’m in Kilgore .. I’m being nice by the way..

Definitely like this AutoZone. Very helpful and attentive. Not sure what they pay Ralph but they should double it, he is gold. Straight to the point but offers advice and thorough.

Great service and help. Staff are happy to go the extra mile. Sadly the product I purchased didn't. The dent puller suction device was useless!. It wouldn't even stick to a flat surface! Don't waste your $16!
