“Great little shop with awesome owners. Came in asking for an alignment for a vibration issue and they immediately told me they weren’t sure an alignment is what I needed. Roger then spent almost 3 hours talking through it with me, inspecting my truck, checking tire balance, etc, and taking it for multiple test drives trying to help me diagnose the issue. Then wasn’t going to charge me anything if they couldn’t solve the problem until we decided to go ahead and do the alignment to eliminate that as a possibility, which of course I paid for. These are kind, honest people who clearly want to take care of their customers and I would highly recommend them for any brake/tire/suspension needs for your vehicle.”

Fastest tire shop I've ever been to. Good thing I canceled the service truck I would of been waiting for hours and a big dent in my pockets”

“So I bought a car on May 14th 2024, and I had an issue with the transmission bracket, I was sent to F and F transmission, They fixed my car I was prepared to pay something because I know that it takes time and labor to fix a car no matter the problem.
But they didn't charge me a dime. The people that work at Fand F transmission are good wholesome HUMAN BEINGS, you dont find kindness like this anymore, This really meant a lot to me. I know if any other problems arise with my car that will be the only place I go. It's in you best interests to take your car to Fand F if you have issues with your car you won't be sorry and neither will your car.”
“There were only two people working & they were quite busy. It took about 1 hour to get my oil change done from getting in line to leaving. The customer service was great though, very nice employees & very knowledgeable. The prices have definitely gone up (as has everything else right now). It was $103 for my Tahoe oil change. The last I remember it being about $75. But understandable!”
“Super fast and friendly service. Had to make an emergency cross-country Trip from Miami, Florida to Dallas, Texas and back to Miami and desperately need an oil change. My vehicle is a high top cargo van and most quick lube cannot fit my vehicle in their bays. Gateway had no problem getting my vehicle in and getting the oil changed. Done super fast. Highly recommend them if you’re in the area.”

Trust me. Also, please tip these guys, they work hard. A few bucks, some spare change or hell drop a Hamilton or Jackson on them. They deserve it. My new go-to for oil changes and St inspections until the law goes through.”
