I’ve been a customer for something like 30 years but I’m pulling all our accounts just as soon as I can find a place to change to.I had a CD that I wished to rollover. It expired on 14 Jan but I had to work all day that day so I came in a day before. The banker I spoke to said I needed to be there after it expired so I could renew. She was unwilling or unable to do the work and activate it the next day. I have NO idea why I need to be present to do this simple transaction. If there is something for me to sign, mail it to me and I’ll mail it back signed.I had a few hours off so returned to get this deed done. First I waited 10 minutes on the teller line to register that I wanted to see a banker. Then I waited 15 minutes for the banker to be free. Plenty of folks in the banker area were wandering around doing nothing much but in one case, greeting some people just finished with a teller. Finally, a banker came out looking for someone named Julie asking the waiting area which had nobody there except me. I said I’m not Julie but wish to roll a CD over. The banker said Julie was late for an appointment that ‘expired’ (?) in 15 minutes so I should sit there doing nothing while she did nothing waiting to see if Julie showed up.I double confirmed that both she and I were to do nothing for 15 minutes because Julie *may* wander in. The banker Arcee said yes. Two trips to buy what the bank wants me to buy yet it’s still not done. I have no idea what would delay things if I did wait those 15 minutes but at that point, I was fed up and walked out. We’ll be moving everything including the investment account that’s in my wife’s name only. I detest these guys. I hate the way I was treated and never wish to be anywhere near a Wells Fargo anything again.

Worse service ever this goes to the teller and manager we were out of the country and acct went into the negative so had my mother in law deposit cash into the acct and they would not accept it I even spoke to them while she was there and it’s not like she was asking for acct info it’s ridiculous.

Very friendly staff and very easy to open an account as a foreigner.

Very Friendly and Fast service. This may be a big company, but the people there give it that small town friendly vibe. That is the #1 reason I stay with Wells Fargo - the people at my local branch are awesome!

It was impossible to get to a banker via the phone system. I was calling to cancel an appointment -- my courtesy! I never was able to get to talk to anyone.

Branch is well done and looks amazing regarding interior and exterior looks. However the banker did sort of give a vibe that she was busy, stressed, or just overall didn't want to deal with us and told us we could wait until 4 PM (it was 1 when we went to the branch) or we could go to the other Wells Fargo tower near Junction Hwy.

Been here 5 times already to open a account. No one is ever available or there’s always something.

I went here 2 weeks ago, had to make an appointment to talk to someone. Ended up having to leave a request with the teller to call me to make the appointment. 2 weeks later still waiting for the phone call to schedule the appointment. Do not recommend this bank to anyone.

The excessive charges they drain from my account each month is getting ridiculous and the staff refuse to help me with credit planning. After two years with this bank I am ready to find a new one.

Why does it take so long to get through the drive thru? Any drive through fast food restaurant can get you in and out in just a few minutes, but for some unknown reason it takes 10 to 30 minutes to get through the Wells Fargo drive thru. What a pain. They're not even producing anything. All they have to do is deposit a check and issue a receipt. It shouldn't take more that 90 seconds to handle that transaction. My most recent visit took 4 minutes from the time I sent the carrier until it returned to me, all for a simple deposit. If I was so slow dealing with my customers, I'd be out of business.

I dont know why the drive through takes so long. I was here 2 days ago and waited in line for over 30 minutes. Today I have been waiting 25 minutes and I haventbhavent waited on yet. Definitely needs additional tellers or more training.

They don't answer their phone to make an appointment.
