The pharmacy here is an absolute joke. If you need medicine refilled, you have to give them a two week period for them to get their heads out of their butts. Better hope the side effects from being off of those meds aren't too bad! It is not only unprofessional, medically negligent, but dangerous to have to wait this long between prescriptions. I have never had a worse time getting my medicine then at this Walgreens

The cashier Maddox Gabriel Lozano was the greatest cashier that I have had the pleasure of meeting he scanned all of my items quickly and bagged them with care can't wait to return.

The "shift leader" (lady with dark brown/ black curly hair) had to be called to void my transaction d/t issues with FSA card and she was absolutely rude to me and the cashier. This was not the pharmacy but up front. The cashier was a very nice older gentleman in a wheelchair. I felt so bad for him being treated like that. He even apologized for her being so rude. I hope the cashier does not have to endure that kind of treatment for his entire shift and his day gets better. Praying for him.

When the Walgreen's App texts you that your prescription is ready and you confirm with your Doctor the prescription has been called in and verified that's great. When you arrive at Walgreens and the rude Pharmacy Tech says they don't have anything ready....that s frustrating. What is even worse is when you show the pharmacy tech the confirmation on the App and they still say they don't have the prescription ready and then says I'm being argumentative....well thankfully there are Options to switch pharmacies!

I have to say it's very annoying to get texts saying that med's are ready only to find out when you get there that they are not.The store is always clean and ever now and then somebody goes above and beyond, but the complaints in all these other posts are legitimate. The wait times, especially inside for the pharmacy are ridiculous. Dale has been mentioned and needs some kind of training, pain med's (wild guess), or something. He is not happy and it shows.Also, Monika is a princess and should be treated better. :)

Dismal pharmacy service. Never have meds in stock. Takes forever to have prescription filled. Staff is constantly confused. Today they tried to fill the wrong prescription when I had given them the correct refill number. I have emails to prove it! This could be deadly for some patients! Do not use this pharmacy. Go to Fredericksburg Walgreens. Have never had a problem there.

I haven't been to Walgreens in forever. I forgot they have all kinds of stuff there. Whenever I go shopping I seem to always go to Walmart. I need to explore more of other businesses to see what they have to offer. Well today my daughter, Heather had to get a photo for her passport done and Walgreens was the place to go. She told me that they were open until midnight. I couldn't believe it. Something is open after Walmart closes at 11. I guess Walgreens will be the place to visit when we're bored after 11. LoL ?. Heather got her photo done within 10 minutes it was so quick that I didn't have time to look around much so I told her to chill because I was stuck looking at all the different items they had. Especially"EASTER CANDY", they have the best selection of various types of chocolates and gifts.I was limited on funds so I couldn't get what I really wanted. I am going to go back before Easter to enjoy snagging some Kool items. Plus Walgreens has the best Pharmacist and her name isCharline Webb; my sister. She has worked there for around 18-20 sum odd years. If u c this sis, love ya.

Russell, the Pharmacist chosen methodology of interaction with customers displays a shocking measure of unmitigated temerity. It's not generally customary to hang up on customers, not clarifying information, and then challenge them to do something about it. Russell lacks the skill and competence expected from a professional. His manner of customer service is neither effective nor efficient. BEWARE: should you choose this pharmacy anyway be prepared to deal with a Pharmacist who behaves like a 15 year old boy.*My husband and I both work in healthcare and would find ourselves unemployed with Russell's communication skills.
