“Super folks, service, and expertise. Had a lot of vet stuff come up too fast, and they were adaptive and cheerful to try to get me in, even though that may not always be the case and I appreciate all their help. More than anything, I really enjoyed the first time I took one of my cats and they gave kitty treats to ease the process, in addition to using mother cat pheromones. Awesome. Calmed us all. Though that cat required a little more care, there was thoroughness on Dr. Grafe's part, and I hope she'll make it. Dr. Wade was excellent and cheerful in pulling green crud out of 2 of my cat's necks... Emergency visits for abcesses, ...so much fun... :/ They helped it all along, and I really appreciated the patient and wonderful front desk staff and vet techs. Great communication skills. Would recommend in a heartbeat.”
