I needed help and I came to Verizon and I talked to Justin, Jaden, Dacoda, and Austin for many years and they have always made everything easy and right. I want to adopt every single one of them and you people better know that the young people that respect us older folks are jewels! They make us feel welcome and comfortable. I stay with Verizon for this reason. I trust ya'll.

It had been almost 5 years since we got new phones. Our LG phones still worked but since they have been out of the phone business for 3 years they were no longer supported. Jaden was our salesman and found a trade in deal for us old farts that made a lot of sense. We now have a pair of Samsung Galaxy S3 phones and are ready for when 5G gets to our area. Hopefully this year. We were very happy with the selection and especially Jaden's help. We highly recommend the store as long time (20+ years) Verizon customers.

HORRIBLE SERVICEI went to buy a phone and iPad and Apple Watch combo the first time in the guy (jayden) was so rude and ignored me when I walked in then gave me attitude then I left tried to order online couldnt went back in and tried to buy it again the guy (Justin) ordered the wrong things and when I asked for what I wanted he kept asking me why I really need that, and kept making me explain why I wanted bigger GB and refused to help me at first, ultimately he wanted me to buy their stock not what I wanted. Then when my items came in (watch and iPad) Virgil was so rude and told me they didn’t have it and gave me attitude, they finally realized both items were actually there for two days they just put them in inventory! Our purchased items. When I questioned it he said “he didn’t understand how my question is relevant” was so disrespectful and talking over me, And Virgil hung up on me when I was just trying to get my products, I already purchased! And when I went in the day before the guy was sitting in a customer chair feet up playing on his phone when I walked in he didn’t even greet me at first, I just stood there, then he just said “yes” like I’m bothering him. HORRIBLE PLACE TO BUY. They literally made me explain why I wanted to buy what I wanted and refused to order what I came for at first until I explained why I needed it and this I think is because it simply wasn’t in stock and they would have to order it. Even though I qualified. They are so rude. I don’t even want to go in to pick up my remaining items at this point they didn’t order the GB I asked for and put my items in inventory for 2 days!! THEY ARE NOT OFFICIAL VERIZON AND ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS SALES. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU TO GET YOU TO BUY AND THEN BULLY YOU IF YOU SAY ANYTHING. Virgil the manger is so unprofessional and clearly is the problem!

We came into Verizon with a complicated problem and met customer service representative, Austin Bruner. What an exceptional individual who provided excellent customer service. Even though our issue was not resolved, it was not because Austin didn't try. He went above and beyond to help us. While he helped us, we enjoyed our conversation with him... truly a very nice man.

Jaden sold me a new phone last night. He transferred all my data and got me all set up. Outstanding customer service with a very personable and knowledgeable young man. My experience was outstanding and without problems. I’m more than very satisfied!

Lily went above and beyond to ensure she met each of my expectations in regard for my monthly bill, type of phone, and even managed to keep my current plan with $1000 of my iPhone 15 pro Max. Needless to say she is a true treasure and thank you for investing in great employees like her, what a great way to promote the business. Love Verizon and thank you guys for an amazing experience I’ll be a faithful returning customer!!

WORST SERVICE EVER… we went to buy a new phone and our sales guy left mid sell to look at a car someone was trying to sell him in the parking lot. We got there he was already being lazy and taking phone calls while we were at the counter. Then, he says give me just a second this guy is here to show me this “electric porsche.” 15 minutes go by, he had not returned and we walked out. Very disappointed and not okay.

Kerrville storeLily was wonderful. She helped us & answered all our questions. Then another customer came in while we were still looking around & needed help connecting her phone to her motorcycle. Lily went out & helped her with that. Very sweet young lady.

It's not often nowadays that you get "wowed" with customer service, but that's exactly what happened at the Verizon store here in Kerrville yesterday! Lorenzo was amazing! Knowledgeable, friendly, and really went out of his way to get me the best deal possible. He even followed up with me afterwards to remind me to register my screen protector. Can't say enough nice things about my experience...thanks Lorenzo!

I just had a wonderful experience with Jacque Matthews in Kerrville Tx. Mr.Matthews is with Verizon in San Antonio Tx. He is personable, kind,very knowledgeable and patient. Please make sure that this is put into his personnel file. Jacque deserves every thing that Verizon can offer him. He is an employee worth hanging onto!
