Great store. No one was in there so my I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Nice staff and made it enjoyable.

I came in today with some issues on my phone that I had messed up and I came in and spoke with young polite gentleman named Justin and oh man he knew exactly what the problem was as soon as he saw my phone and was able to fix my issue in a matter of seconds!

While mowing my yard phone fell out of my mower and was damaged beyond repair. Later in the day I went to Cellular Sales in Kerrville, Texas and was assisted by Justin Flynn. My experience could not have been better. All Verizon stores and their authorized agents would do well to have personnel as skilled as Justin.
