Lorenzo and Tanya at the UPS facility on 3215 Legion in Kerrville were awesome helping locate my missing package ! Both were proactive and kind and ended up locating it on a truck. The driver that delivered it once found was super nice as well! I’m VERY appreciative to them!!

When I usually use this location, the employees are pleasant but today I was greeted by a young lady name Bobbi that honestly was just rude.
