I brought my badly injured dog to them , he was cut up and bleeding bad , but they didn't care they brought up an old 25 year old outstanding bill that wasn't paid because 25 years ago I called them to put down a horse , but they said they wanted to experiment on him he suffered and died . And they wanted to charge for their experiment. So bottom line they don't care about your animals.

Amazing people throughout. Today was George “Jett” Jetson first time there. He was a nervous wreck. He was shaking all over. They made him feel like he was so loved from the minute we walked into the room they were talking to him and loving on him. Thank you for looking after him

Had a wonderful experience here. My usual vet was super busy and my cat was too sick to wait. The staff here worked me into their busy schedule and I didnt even have to wait that long. The vet tech was very friendly and sweet with my cat and the doctor was excellent, answering all my questions, making recommendations and giving my cat the best care. I wasnt sure about the curbside care they have but I ended liking it because my cat didnt have to confront any big dogs in a waiting room. I was so happy I may switch to this vet permanently.

Dr Chapman, and his staff, especially Alexis Eagen, have taken such good care of my cat, Wednesday…saving her life more than a few times due to her diabetes. Alexis came to my home while I was hospitalized, and not only fed and watered my kitty, but gave her insulin twice a day as well. Then…as if that wasn’t generous enough, they boarded her for 30+ days while I was undergoing a bone marrow transplant and could not be around my beloved cat. Now, I have another kitty, Iris. She’s a kitten, and she has also been so well cared for by the Town and Country staff. I am so grateful to have such loving and caring people at this vet office. They are the best, in my book! Thank you, Scott, Alexis and all.

The entire staff are awesome! They are very caring and professional. Dr. Chapman is so good with my Collie Suzy. He helped with a situation with her when I had a family medical problem. He offered to let her stay at the Clinic after her visit while I had to go to San Antonio. it took such a relief off my mind. I just started going here a couple months ago and have recommended them to a couple friends.

We started bringing all of our furbabies to T & C as they are a bit closer to our new home, and we learned that they are a Super Family! My Max did not fair well, however, each and everyone of the Staff made me feel as though we were loved, cared for, and there was no doubt in my mind that, we were part of their Family! Do I Fully recommend T & C!? "Absolutely"! Always!

We began using Town & Country about a year ago when we moved here. We have two boxers. Our older 11 year old boxer has needed to be seen a few times and they always get us in right away. During the annual visit a lump was found so the Dr suggested surgery. My husband was not with me at that time so I asked if the Dr could call us to go over it with my husband as well and he did. He was patient she explained the risks etc. we did the surgery and everything went great. The staff has been wonderful and both Drs have been so great when they talk to us about any issues, treatment plans etc. We just got a third boxer. He's 10 weeks and we will be taking him in as well. My only complaint is not being able to go inside with our "babies" for their appointments because of "Covid". When our 11 year old "baby" went in got his surgery I was devastated that we couldn't walk him in. It broke my heart. All the vets locally are the same way unfortunately.

Took our situation willingly, last minute, lucky to get an open appointment same day, as so many of us pet parents know can occur. So many thanks for their open hearts and doors. Spoke with Brina, contact person; Dr. Chapman, vet; and Kaylee (sp.?), for check-in/payment, all of whom were just plain excellent people and communicators. Many thanks for helping our cat feel a better, and attempt at as many diagnostics and solutions as possible to achieve that. Especially for a huge clinic taking such a wide variety of animals and following COVID procedures, their service is all the much more impressive with personal, detailed service. Thank you!!!

We took our mini schnauzer to TCAH for a second opinion on a possible cancerous mass and splenectomy. The staff, especially Jennifer H., Dr. Symm and LeAnn, were wonderful. They were professional, courteous, and helped us get in for a consultation and surgery within a week! We are so thankful for how things turned out and would recommend TCAH to anyone looking for a veterinarian for their pets! Thank you, TCAH!!!!!

I think Dr Patterson and Leann are wonderful they are reason that I brought my animals to that clinic. But unfortunately they have a very unprofessional office manager. Which has led me to discontinue my services with them I feel that the way that she speaks to customers and tries to treat them like children is very unprofessional and I feel that the sarcasm that is placed during a time of an emergency by Dr. Chapman is also unprofessional. The lack of empathy with Dr. Chapma
