“Took my 2018 Ram 1500 in due to a small oil leak. Nick was very courteous and said they would look at it right after lunch. Within 2 hours, Nick called and said the oil filter had not been tightened sufficiently by a local quick change oil shop (not to be named here or visited again) when I had the oil changed the previous month. Went to pick up my truck and Nick had pictures for me and explained what they had done. Great service, very professional, will definitely be back!”

I contacted service and was told to bring it back. They gave me priority service. The tech was finally able to locate the allusive issue which was an intermittent ground wire disconnect. Called ultimate on Junction HWY, $50 total, was in and out in under 15 minutes. Before their state inspector quit, I also went here for a motorcycle inspection.
