They have an amazing selection of stuff you didn't even know you needed.The staff is very friendly and helpful. Like stepping back in time to an old General Store.Neat and clean place with an outdoor area with all kinds of building materials and tools.Paint and painting supplies with prices from the 60's. Unbelievable way to support a very worthwhile cause.”

“Just got a sweet boy to join my current clowder and had a lovely experience. You can tell these babies are in good hands and well looked after until they find their forever homes. The adoption process was very straightforward, and all the staff/volunteers were extremely helpful and kind throughout the entire process. Definitely recommend visiting their fur-babies and/or donating any needed supplies!”

“This review is not so much about the store but its employees. I attempted to complete Goodwill's direct survey but they are not interested in any opinions that are not provided on the day of visit or day after. Approximately one week ago while driving through Kerrville we went to the Goodwill store. We were assisted from the time we entered until the time we loaded our purchases by employees Maria, Celeste and Charlie...none of whom we had met before. These three employees went beyond our expectations in knowledge, communication skills and service. You are lucky to have them Goodwill. They all possess different types of management skills. My suggestion take note...or someone else will offer them better opportunities.”

“Little shop with many options. Good mixture of vintage items. I felt like this shop was full of hidden bargains and there was even what we called the “guy’s room” off to one corner of the building. Loads of fun! We found a heap of nice things at crazy low prices - even for resale. We loved this little shop!”

“Great prices. Large selection of clothing for men, women and kids. Friendly staff. The only down sides are that most of electronics are labeled "Not Tested" and "As Is" and other than clothing there is a small selection of anything else.”
