Was disappointed here. We LOVE Starbucks and frequently stop at them across TX while working.No one greeted, made eye contact or said anything to me for a long while of standing at the counter. When I ordered he was rushed and never said thank you or smiled … acted frustrated that he had to take the counter …Anyway. Drinks were delicious as normal at Starbucks, but customer service is more than that. Management needs to work on that here.

This is my 2nd home! Everyone on staff is great and led by a great leader. As soon as I walk into Starbucks I’m greeted with a hello Phillip. Thank you all for being such great people and for making me feel like family. Come visit this location and you won’t be disappointed :-)

I went yesterday for my usual drink and the barista made the absolute perfect drink. Tasted amazing and was spot on. I even called to leave a review with the manager!

The 2 people working here were AWESOME!! 1/21/24 about 8pm...Our online order had JUST come thru and they were already getting it fixed up for myself and my granddaughter.... Thank You!!

I used to love Starbucks but over the years the price has gotten higher, quality had gone down and sugar content is off the charts. Now if I do go, I order my drink with half the pumps that their recipe calls for. Seems to balance the drink out. Service is on a day to day basis. Sometimes you get someone who makes you feel welcome and makes you want to return every morning...but the next morning you may get a server that is angry at the world for no good reason. Makes you feel like your a bother, then you want to boycott the business for another year. But...when it's good, it's good.

I'm sure that it is hard working, and dealing with rude customers all day, especially if you have 2 jobs at 2 fast chains, but every customer is not the same customer. And every order should be treated with respect, and not assume that the customer is already going to give you a hard time, by making the drinks as you feel like it, instead of a good consistency.You work as hard as you do, and we pay as much as we do for those drinks. Most customers do not share the discounts you take advantage of.Learn not to assume and learn to love your job. They do not pay you enough, but they do not pay you minimum wage. Have some pride and respect for yourself and the company you work for.. start with kindness.

I was 2nd in line behind a young lady. She must have been friends with the cashier seeing as how they talked for 5 minutes without placing an order. Walked out without ordering as I had someone waiting on me and didnt know how much longer they would be chatting.

The only reason I put 4 stars on service is because Starbucks needs to put a roof over intercom were they take orders . Reason being is that when it rains our cars get wet in the inside having our window down. The electrical on the down can get damaged. The young lady told me please wait a bit. It took over 5 minutes waiting with my window down and it was raining. You guys please fix this for your loyal customers. Thank youParking: Easy parking

On a recent Sunday evening at 6:30 pm I drove into the drive through lane and was 3rd car in line to order. A young man walked passed my car and up to the menu/speaker board. He had to wait until the car currently ordering moved forward to step up to the menu board and tape a piece of paper on it. I waited patiently for him to do this and then pulled forward when he cleared the drive through area. Much to my dismay, he had taped a notice that they were closing. With no one behind me, he had to close it right then without acknowledging or caring that I was right there and had already been waiting for close to 5 minutes. Incredibly poor customer service.
