“The store and the people there were great.
What happened next was not.
The five stars are for them. I would give UPS negative 100 stars for their part. Hideously incompetent.
The store is not in control of what happens in California. And they didn’t set up the completely ineffective, opaque, incompetent, impenetrable help system.
My package got to Bell, CA and hasn’t been heard from since.
The ability to communicate with anyone at UPS is zero. Impenetrable, opaque, unbelievably useless and unhelpful.
Referring me back to the store people is infuriating and unacceptable. Do you think they know where the box is in California? Idiotic.
This was a big box It didn’t fall down a crack somewhere.
It’s sitting somewhere and I m busily spreading the the word that UPS lost my $1000 fireplace tools that take a week to make and they are doing nothing but stonewall me and give me the runaround about where they are.
Less than helpful, worthless.
