I visited hoping to get a part for my car fixed. The staff expressed no willingness to help, and I was told the wait was two weeks for an available mechanic. I would’ve been happy to wait that long, but they didn't even offer to schedule an appointment or inquire about my needs. When I asked for recommendations on other mechanics in town, I was told that none were worth considering. This monopolistic approach to competition and the refusal to provide alternatives left me very dissatisfied. I won't be returning to this business.

Took my 2018 Ram 1500 in due to a small oil leak. Nick was very courteous and said they would look at it right after lunch. Within 2 hours, Nick called and said the oil filter had not been tightened sufficiently by a local quick change oil shop (not to be named here or visited again) when I had the oil changed the previous month. Went to pick up my truck and Nick had pictures for me and explained what they had done. Great service, very professional, will definitely be back!

We have lived here just over a year and the first time we tried Randal's it was because it was close to our house. It turned out to be a great place to get our car repaired. Always on the job that day or the next and have the work done in a timely manner. They are very reasonably priced and do great work. Very friendly.

Drive by this business on a daily basis- needed oil change on my truck- did it quickly plus did a total check of truck- had a spark plug code on wife’s van- took it in at 11:00am and was repaired and back on the road by 4:00pm-the cost was under $200- this is a ho to place- Nick and his dad David are honest and truthful- highly recommend- if they say they can’t fix it they are right!!Services: Auto engine diagnostic

Hauling a fifth wheel across the SW, engine light comes on. Friday afternoon, staff at Randal’s said to bring it in.. very least they could do before Monday was read the codes and get an idea of the issue. Not only did the owner/staff find and fix the issue same day, they opened their hearts and gave us a full hook up and use of a car until ours was fixed. Kudos to owner, David Randal our Angel, and knowledgeable staff for a job well done! Highly recommend this auto shop!!

This place was amazing. We had some trouble with our car on our way thru Kerrvile. We stop by Randal's and the owner personally took care of us. They understood we were just passing by and took care of us first thing. We received an honest explanation of our problems which was not what we thought. This is my go to mechanic. They are always honest with me. They show me what I can do, when my car was acting up. Being a women who doesn't know anything about cars. I feel they are trustworthy.

I broke down just down the road from their shop. They came out and tried to help but the repair turned out to need dealer specific capabilities as it was related to a recall. Despite that, they not only gave me a ride to lunch (and kept my dog while I was getting food), they let me wait in their air conditioned waiting room most of the afternoon while I waited on a tow. After all that: no charge. How often do you get that kind of service from an auto shop?
