My DC07 Animal stopped working. I pulled it apart and couldn't find any motors available. Travis at Powell Vac helped me cross reference the part number and even gave me some other things to check in case it wasn't the motor. It was the motor. They were super helpful for everything being over the phone since I'm in MN. They were able to ship me a new motor to hopefully (haven't received it yet) get my Dyson sucking again!ETA: New OEM motor came carefully packaged within a couple days. 20 minutes to install and it works again!

These guys have repaired our vacuums for 3 years now. They always do a fabulous job! I keep going back for their unique Germ Block, hand sanitizing hand lotion. It cleans like sanitizer but it's a lotion so your skin doesn't dry out every time you clean your hands!

I was in a couple of days ago to bring in my broken Dyson Animal upright vacuum for repair. I was happily greeted by Laura who was the most gracious and professional person to deal with and had a tremendous wealth of information about the vacuum! I was saddened I wouldn't be able to repair my vacuum (RIP Dyson Animal) but instead I was educated by the hidden science of the vacuum! Laura showed me the Sebo E2 Turbo and at first I thought this was like a vacuum cleaner my mother would be using. Instead, I was impressed of how well this amazing German engineered vacuum out-does what I used to think the Dyson was as the epitome of vacuums!!! I was so sold on getting the Sebo!! I do have to warn you that there is good news and bad news about this monster of a vacuum cleaner. Bad news is that upon using this for the first time, I saw how much dirt this actually picked up that all along, my old vacuum never picked up soooo much dirt. Makes me wonder if I have been doing only a half-measured job when cleaning my house! This kind of hurt my ego a little bit!LOL Great news is that this amazing Sebo not only deep cleaned my house but it also made my vehicle look like a new one even after vacuuming up all of my dog's hair from both places!!! If I could give a 10 star to Powell Vacuum & Allergy I would. Both Laura and her husband were so helpful and amazing!!! I highly recommend this place before even considering buying ANY vacuum from any place! You won't be disappointed at all! :)))
