Jaye was our sales associate. She was very helpful in assisting us with our final selections. We were notified in advance of the impending delivery date if it was acceptable. They worked with us and delivery was actually 5 minutes early....which was great. Jake and Eric were the delivery technicians that were great with their set up and removal of our older furniture. Another happy customer! Delivery of new bed frame and assistance with moving mattresses and chest of drawers (also purchased from Moore's) to arrange everything just so. All done in less than an hour. I am so pleased with the help with this purchase to solve a guest room concern. Many thanks! DAB

Purchased mattress (Tempur-Pedic) and bed. Amy Lee was our sales person. She went the extra mile toget our business. We first picked out thesplit adgustable mattresses and then the bed. Since we were procrastinators about the bedroom furniture the bed chosen was sold. That bed was then out of stock. Luckily Amy was able to order one for us. The bed arrived ahead of time and installed on April 16.On that Saturday our furniture arrivedthe scheduled time Jack and Eric took the bed apart and moved the bed the garage. The two delivery med installed the bed and mattress. Each part of the sales team including tAmy Lee, Eric and Jack did their job in a professional manner. Thanks Each deserves 5 plus’s on their services

Our experience was wonderful. John in sales was so professional showing nothing but interest in our needs and input. The Moore's Home Furnishings Team is the best ! The level of customer services is very good and they make you feel like you are a VIP ! I want to say thank you to the Moore's Team of professionals they helped my mother pick out a new bed . They were very nice and very helpful throughout the whole process. All the sales team are very knowledgeable about all the different types of bed that they offer. We have bought all of our bed and home furnisher from Moores, they have the best stuff around. I want to thank Jake and Eric the guys that brought my moms new bed to her house and set up her new bed and showed her how to use it. They went above and beyond expectations of delivery work men. they were very nice and very professional in there work. They even took the old bed away for us . This is good services. Sales rep Tim was wonderful. Very personable and kind. He was not pushy or in our way while browsing. He was informative and helpful when needed. Was able to help us quickly and made the process extremely simple and quick. Great sense of humor and easy to talk to.Jake and Eric delivered our couch. They were kind and respectful. They moved out my old couches without any problems. They were also very quick. I know their job is labor intensive and I appreciate their willingness to go the extra mile for the customer. They both had a great attitude and happily got the job done.

We bought an expensive bed from Moore’s a couple of months ago. The delivery was ok but not what I would have wanted. Anyway, we found a nice piece of furniture on line that is a higher end brand that Moore’s also carries. So, I called our salesman at Moore’s and asked him to price out the piece for me. He priced the piece several hundred dollars higher than I could buy it on line for delivered and set up for us. The salesman at Moore’s talked to his manager and called me back. He said he couldn’t meet the price and that we weren’t comparing apples to apples. I said that makes no sense. I have the piece priced at a reputable on line company and the exact same piece of furniture. They passed on my business. The salesman tried to bad mouth the on line company. It didn’t work.We bought the piece on line, got it within 10 days. They set up the piece and it is exactly what they advertised.I won’t go back to Moore’s. They lost a customer.
