I've been a customer here for a couple years. Best recommendation is to avoid this place during 11-1. They stagger their lunches and the line builds up. Any other time, you are good to go! Some days no line, others, there is. A lot of times there is someone to direct you toward a certain lane. Inspections, as well as oil changes, are quick and easy, staff is helpful and efficient.Service: Oil change

Mr. Alex and the rest of the crew, pay exceptional attention to detail. The cost is on par for today's standards, but I feel like you get more from these guys because they hit all the areas where similar shops look/skip over. Great job!

The service is good but the price last time I went was $75 and now it was $100. No explanation to why. All I could figure is short staffee.

so I took my car in for an oil change. the service was fast. the team suggected strongly abou a transmission flush. i knew I needed one. He quoted me about 80 to 100. i appreciate the reminder. The only thing that was unpleasant was the wait ... had to wait in the chicken lane and then move around till the line moved.

A little expensive, oil had been leaking a bit. And mechanic never said a word about residue on motor or filter.

On 08-15-2022 I stopped into Kerrville Lube Center for an oil change. After waiting for an extended amount of time I finally pulled into the bay at 3:45pm. I was greeted by two ladies who were very polite and professional. Trish was working the bay I was in and she was extremely nice. About 10 minutes into the oil change, Trish approached me and said my oil plug had become "elongated" and I needed and new plug. She said it would be $5.00 for the new plug so I said that was fine. They finished the oil change and I paid the invoice (100704) of $142.16. I drove away thinking everything was fine. I drove home and parked my vehicle. After a few days I noticed an oil stain on my driveway. I crawled under the vehicle to find the oil pan leaking around the oil plug. I scheduled an appointment with the Service Department that handles all my vehicle repairs. They determined the leak was coming from the plug and said there was no way to repair that leak. The oil pan would have to be replaced with a new oil pan. On 08-25-2022 the oil pan was replaced and the cost was $686.13. They saved the damaged oil pan for me.I took the old oil pan, the receipt from Kerrville Quick Lube and the receipt for the repairs back to Kerrville Quick Lube. I was hoping to reimbursed for the repairs due to damage they caused to the oil pan. I spoke to Trish about the problem and she went to get the Manager. I was approached by the Manager in a very aggressive manner. I introduced myself, shook his hand and presented the issue to him. His immediate response was "we are not responsible" since I did not immediately take the vehicle back to them before it was repaired. He pointed out the "fine print" on the invoice. I ask if would like to inspect the damaged oil pan. "Nope." Due to his aggressive behavior I decided not push the issue in public with him. Just FYI, the Manager was working the pit when I received the oil change. I can only imagine he does not want to admit to a mistake.I did not add copies of the invoices due to personal information on each invoice. I did reference the invoice number from Kerrville Lube Center. After the intimidating response received from the Manager and after reading the negative reviews, I determined it would be a waste of time to try and take this issue to the next level. In one review I read where a complaint was stated, the reviewer failed to get a response from anyone for more than 3 months. I did not expect a small town Hill Country business to respond this way. Needless to say I will not be returning to Kerrville Lube Center. I will pass on my experience to others in Kerrville so they will be warned before using this business. The Tuition of Life is expensive! This lesson cost me $686.13 and my time. Read the fine print!
