So I really never go out of my way to leave reviews but the level of customer service that this pharmacy gives is amazing and I feel it's warranted a compliment. I've been to Walgreens, CVS, and Walmart and there is no way ill use them again. There is a lot I can complain about regarding these other competitors. Kerrville drug Co has a very family oriented feel and they take care of you! I'm just really happy with the service and want others to know if they are curious.

The people are rude, unorganized, and make you jump through hoops just to get your medication. I’ll be transferring back to HEB, we’re I’m treated like a customer and not a nuisance.

These people could not be nicer or more helpful. We have a part time home in Kerrville and came for a 2 week stay that turned into a 3+ week stay. We ran out of some of our prescriptions and they helped get us a weeks worth of our meds to get us back home. We are so thankful. If we were full time residents we would definitely choose them for our prescriptions. Loved their smiling friendly service in the face of this once in a generation storm we were treated to.

Awesome staff. Everyone always goes above and beyond for the customers. After my mom broke her back they had everything I needed to make her more comfortable. Thanks to all the staff that helped me today with products and medicine prescriptions.

We have used Kerrville Drug since we moved here in 2000. A few months ago , we switched to another pharmacy -- a chain store -- when we moved across town, because they were closer. Didn't work out. Now, even though we have to drive a bit farther, we're back with RG and his staff, .They have always been kind, helpful, and professional. I can't imagine who the reviewer with the bad experience (with the owner?) was talking to.

Today I returned an item my husband had bought for me at this pharmacy after my surgery. I took this item in with my receipt for a refund because the spray top was broken when my husband brought it home. He purchased two saline spray canisters. One was fine, but the other had a broken nozzle under the plastic protector cap. The cashier went to the back to get the owner and when he came out he immediately accused me of breaking it rather than even giving me a chance to explain to him what I had told the cashier. He was the rudest, most hateful person I've ever met in the hill country since I moved here in 2011. After I assured him I did not break the item but that the nozzle was faulty when I removed the cap the first time, he then finally went and got another one and slammed it down on the counter I'm front of me. I took it and left and would NEVER subject myself to another visit to his pharmacy. He's a disgrace to our community! And what a pathetic person! Pamela Patton

Second time I have tried to purchase items, first time did not want to sell the item. Today they said they would have to order and did not try to sell a substitute.
